My folks had their pressure tank purchased and installed by this company. Customer service is almost non- existent. When Tammy finally came out, told them they had the wrong system! The company sold it to them and installed it!! I cannot recommend this company

Our water quit on noon on Friday, Tammy was out that afternoon. Tried a new control panel, tested pump and determined trouble was at the pump. She had all the equipment and materials but did not have a second person working that day so she came back first thing on a Saturday and replaced the pump and wiring. Great service and totally upfront about the costs to do the job. Always answers the phone and helps troubleshoot before she comes out and has to make a charge.

If you choose this company for service make sure you ask all the questions. She doesn't sell you anything and they have all the parts, equipment etc. It took 3 service calls and new pump , new wire, new pressure switch, and new pressure tank. After finding out this she didn't advise she could sell me a pump with a 5 year warranty parts and labor but instead told me I need to get a new pump and pressure tank. I had to take off to get this stuff and they get paid by the hour she said so she'll wait. So I get this stuff and meet them back at my house as they start putting the new pump I bought and she then proceeds to tell me she has about 15 pumps on the truck and her pumps come with 5 years parts and labor warranty. I'm really fuming at this point b:c the pump I got from lowes only had 1 year warranty and terrible reviews. On top of that I asked for a discount from the last service call 3 weeks ago which obviously didn't solve the problem and she said no. We get paid by the hour. Once they got it all installed and water on, they had to go and left me hanging with my chlorinator not working. Said I could mess with it and figure it out. Now what kind of service is that! I had to do all the leg work and some install myself. Not personable at all and won't work with you on their billing. Can't wait to see the bill.
