Mr. Khaled was the third plumber to be sent by our home warranty company for a stoppage in the master bath. The first two were not able to solve the problem, and advised us we were probably looking at a full-blown pipe replacement situation.

After listening to the problem, Mr. Khaled explained what he thought could be wrong, and what he could do about it. We started with the simplest option, which was to snake the drain. Problem = solved. You'd think the other two would have suggested this, right? Just goes to show, not all plumbers are created equal!

Ahmed called me the & scheduled an appointment, and showed up promptly & was able to take care of our problem quickly & efficiently! Ahmed was a lifesaver. I needed help with a gas pipe on a Saturday morning, and he arrived quickly and with all the right tools. He gave me an honest appraisal and assured me that the (more expensive) repair I thought I needed, actually was not necessary -- saving me over $150. I also asked him to look at a leaky toilet, which he was able to repair as well (and did not charge the usual total price for that job, since he was already here). Ahmed was pleasant, direct and professional. I will definitely call on MAG again if a plumbing or other issue arises in my condo.

I had a showerhead with weak water pressure. I called my home warranty service and got this plumber from MAG. The plumber told me to replace my showerhead saying that it's clogged up and cannot be cleaned and was going to charge me $225 to replace and install the showerhead. I decided to replace it myself and while trying to see how to take off the showerhead, I took it off and put it back to find that a portion of the showerhead was a little loose. I tightened it and put it back and the showerhead work just fine.

Almost got ripped off by this plumber, horrible experience.

Referred to me from Old Republic home warranty to repair a broken shower valve. Ahmed did a great job, patiently searching for and matching a 1950's era valve that I never could have found in my own. He was flexible with scheduling and took extra care to ensure we were happy with his work - which we were.

Ahmed Khaled is amazing. He came to our rescue immediately. We called him after the Sears representative never called- and after 5 pm Ahmed picked up the phone in less than one ring, came over within 20 minutes after looking at a photo we had for the inside of the toilet, he said he could fix it, and within 1 hour both toilets were fixed. He is very respectful of our property and of us. He even put covers on his shoes. Very kind and excellent service.

Our experience with Mr. Ahmed Khaled was wonderful. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he came out 15 minutes after we called (which was after hours). He diagnosed the issue, helped my husband pick out new parts and then Ahmed installed them, staying fairly late into the evening. He was very professional , skilled and fairly priced. We called him the next day because we had forgotten to get a receipt for the repair and he drove to our house one hour later and delivered it. Our sink is in great working order now and we are extremely pleased with his work. We are thankful for how fast he responds and how diligently Ahmed works.

I was incredibly impressed with Mr. Ahmed Khaled's professionalism and level of service. I was referred to him by my home warranty company for a garbage disposal repair. In addition to quickly scheduling an appointment, he asked for information about my current unit beforehand so that he could make sure to bring a proper replacement and equipment on the day of the appointment. Having been burned by folks in this past that require multiple appointments to track down the right tools and parts, I found him refreshingly proactive. He performed the replacement quickly, and stress tested the system with me before leaving so I could verify his handiwork. Replacement parts were brand new (he unboxed them for me in person). If i need any work performed outside of my home warranty, he will definitely be one of my first considerations.
