Property manager sent this company to fix a leak at my rental house, and it definitely could have gone better. They didn't show up on the first day with either the tools or right amount of people to work on the job. This meant the leak continued on overnight. When they did finish the work the next day, they left garbage and dry wall bit all over the place, and they didn't replace fittings in the shower that they removed.

Communication was extremely difficult, with no one keeping me up to date on what was happening and the current status of the work. They also kept leaving the front door open constantly, even when asked multiple times not to.

2 stars for fixing the leak finally.

Simon is quick, nice, honest, and good at what he does. I called him on a Thursday and he came first thing Monday morning. I will keep calling him.

Very good people.

They called even on the weekend to schedule a time and they came EXACTLY at the time they said they would be.

My clogged drain was a tough one and took about 1.5 hours, but the guy left with a smile at the end.
