Horrible, horrible experience!! Patrick did a rush job on our bathtub refinish and spilled stripper on our newly tiled floor. The tub refinish itself was terrible, leaving us with a tub that had sagging drips in the finish, pock marks, and without a non-slip bottom. Long story short, we had to take him to court for damages, which was a lengthy and stressful process....he rescheduled multiple times, sent us derogatory and taunting text messages, but in the end we did win our case against him. He paid us the damages the court awarded us; however, just to be spiteful he called the building inspector and reported us on bogus claims, wasting both our time and the city inspector's. It has only been a year and already the finish on the tub is chipping and cracking. Don't make the same mistake we did, search https://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ first because this was not the first (and probably not the last) case against him.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber in my entire 40+ years of home ownership. This man is not fit for service or repair work of any kind. Think twice before calling.

Watch out - I had this company do an estimate to do major work on two bathrooms. They were busy -- so we set up a four day period - a month away - to complete the work. I explained to them that I would have a check, for payment, upon completion. They arrived on the start date - but wanted full payment - before they would start work. I said that I will pay upon completion, but not before. At that time - they left and refused to do the contracted work.
