Avoid this,plumber at all costs came out to un clog our sink was,at when they came out thought that had fixed the sink did not even use it the day sink was still not fixed plumber came back out I was thining a good reputable co would take care of the repair under warranty accused us of sticking red sauce down the drain when we had not even used the sink other than to run water they went ahead performed repairs without letting me know that they were going to charge again and left another bill for another 120.00 which NO ONE SIGNED giving them permission to,do repairs if I could give this company zero stats I would please take my advice and AVOID this plumber at all costs

I had a great experience one time. But not this time. The dispatcher is not interested in customer service, rude and unapologetic. We arranged for 2 pm, about 3 .30 I went to get the mail and I missed the call. She said I was out of luck she had dispatched them to another call. I made arrangements to be at my house from 2 pm and I have been there. She is rude and a poor professional. Perhaps she is in need of a holiday !

These guys set the standard for service. We have been repeat customers for about 5 years. Called on Saturday to fix a broken feed line and Russ returned my call within 5 mins and was on site in less than one hour after being notified. Not bad. Cost was very good considering it was a weekend. We are sold on their work ethic and honesty. You won't find better.

Failed to complete maintenance repair on instantaneous water heaters, job open for over 1 month. I am $500 plus into job and tech cannot resolve issue, cannot get call back from owner/manager, I was promised a follow-up three times and it never happen. Receptionist and tech know my job is incomplete but will not get my work re-scheduled or completed. This has had negative affect on my commercial business that requires large volumes of hot water daily for operations.

We had a leak, we didn't know where it was coming from, and the leak specialist found the leak and recommended MPS. I wish he hadn't. I mean, yeah, the guys did what they said they were going to do--fix the leak. Unfortunately, this one day job turned into a two days job--they didn't have a Shop Vac (what the heck?), they got the wrong part twice, they didn't know what our pipes were made of, on and on... Communication wasn't great, one of the workers videoing our house skeeved me out, overall just not a good experience. I will say the price was reasonable, however.

Needed a leaking hot water heater replaced, the team sent was timely, did a great job, took the time to ensure it was done correctly & satisfactorily. Thank you, David & Butch! Will not hesitate to use them again.

I called around noon on a Sunday, my main water line was leaking. I got a call back in about 5 minutes, he was on another job and would get to me as soon as finished there. Line and water restored before 2 o'clock. And, they should have charged more, I would have. P.S. I called 2 other plumbers, never heard from either

Fanstastic service! Had a line freeze on my tankless water heater and called Madison based on a referral from by realtor. They showed up as soon as possible given that several houses had issues.....we were the crew's 17th call for the day and they had great attitudes even though it was outside work in 20 degrees. Both the crew were very knowledgeable and their workmanship was perfect. Diligent and professional to say the least. I have a new go-to plumber!!

Horrible customer service! DO NOT use this company. Lady that answered phone was incredibly rude. Take your business somewhere else. I would rate them a zero if I could.
