If i can give these guys 0 stars i would. I live in a condo in Lakewood, and i had a flooding issue where water (and cleaning chemicals) came down into my shower from my above neighbor. Had to replace a fan/light fixture and get a pipe replaced.

My neighbor called Madison Plumbing to get the pipe replaced, so 2 guys showed up to my unit to replace the pipe. First, no manners, very rude, made some derogatory comments towards my gf and wanted to get out as fast as possible. Also got into a verbal argument with maintenance staff of the building

2nd - VERY unprofessional, created a huge mess, didn't use a floor covering, entire shower has this disgusting chemical residue all over and they completely tore out most of the ceiling, which didn't need to be torn out. Now I need another contractor to come out and replace plaster on ceiling.

3rd - no heads up when they were coming by, no status updates. When my neighbor or i asked for a status update, they said ""we're busy right now""

overall, terrible experience, i would never recommend these guys

i feel like I have been financially bludgeoned by this company.Parts where upcharged by about 130%.Then the plumber send his helper back upstairs with the bill.I think he himself was ashamed.After a complaint to the boss about the outrages bill he reduced it by 50.00,which was still to high.What is better to gauge acustomer or get a callback

I will never use Madison Plumbing again, now that I've thankfully found another plumber that can work within my building.

All the way around dealing with Madison Plumbing has been a frustrating experience every single time. I think there was one time, maybe, that a phone call to them didn't leave me completely flustered and irritated. But I might be thinking of someone else.

I've had work done by them 4 or 5 times now. (I kept going back only because there are weirdnesses about the plumbing in my building that supposedly Madison is more familiar with. I don't think they really are, I think they've just convinced someone they are.) Three of those service calls have been on the same thing. The second time I had to call them out about it, dude that showed was pretty rude about the whole thing, and acted like it was an imposition to him to have to come out and do the work. (And really, that's how every interaction with them has been - like I'm irritating them by wanting to pay them to do work in my place.) He actually said he would NOT come back out to do a quick fix, that he needed to get into the walls. (I fail to understand why you wouldn't want to just keep taking my money if I'm stupid enough to keep calling you out, but you know, whatever.)

The last time was supposed to be the final fix for this issue because they were able to get into the walls... But a month later, and the same problem came back. So much for the final fix. Tried to call them and just got voicemail, a few times. (And in my experience, voicemail is like a black hole there.) So I gave up.

Every single dude that has come out to do work for this company has been attitude laden. Every person I've talked to in the office has been attitude laden. The ""fixes"" they've done haven't been fixes. (And you'll just have to take my word and believe me when I tell you I've been patient with this whole thing - most people would have been screaming at them a long time ago.)

I called another company, and the difference was so amazingly stark -- NICE all the way around, realized that I was giving them business by calling them for work, not being an imposition on their otherwise wonderful day, and gave me such amazing service, that honestly, even if the same issue shows up again tomorrow, I won't even be irritated about it. It will be a pleasure to call them back.
