Since we are a locally-owned operation, the parent was a licensed plumber for many years and myself just carried on in his path. Founder Ben GARCIA holds a sense of pride in helping assist and support clients with their pipe issues. Ben comes from a long history of plumbing professionals, so it came easy. He has been working in the DFW area for more than 15 years and has been employed at some of the best firms in the field. At one point, the light bulb hit him, and he said, “Why not try this on my own?” and here we are today!

I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises. I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!
