Lindsey M.We had a leak and Micheal came out to check it out. He was sent my our rental management company. He was negligent when checking the leak out leading to a huge flood of sewage and all over our homes lower level. He left an enormous mess of water and feces all over my home. Left trash covering my driveway like his clothes and shop towels. Left pipes leaking. Absolutely disgusting.
Brandon M.Michael, came by and looked at a leak on my toilet and faucet. He said he couldn't work on them today and would get to the job no later than the following Monday. Monday, he texted me that morning and said he was coming and asked what time. I told him the time, but he never responded to the rest of my texts asking what time he would be here nor my calls when Monday evening came and went and he never showed! Very bad lack of professionalism! My last name is ""Maddox"", and I can't even give this company a good review!

I answered an add from Craigslist for Maddox Plumbing. I ended up doing 6 jobs for Micheal Schertz & still haven't been paid! These jobs were paid out on over 2 weeks ago! He's a CON & run if he ever crosses your path. We also found out he lied about having a Contractor Licence! There's nothing in TN in his name!
Kate J.This is the 3rd plumbing company I've had out to the house to try and fix the same problem. Finally struck gold!!! They arrived on right time, Unlike the other companies who charged by the hour as soon as they walked in the door! they gave me a free estimate which was right in the middle range of what the others had charged me. They fixed the problem in 1 hour (the last guy was here 3 hours and didn't fix the problem) and were really friendly and professional., They even fixed a running toilet for free! I'll definitely use these guys again.
