I found I had water leak coming through my ceiling. I called Maddox Plumbing and spoke with Carlos I explained what my water leak issue. He said he would be able to come over in hour so. To my delight he called me back and was able to come sooner. When Carlos came over he was very polite and professional and went to check what the issue was and he explain to me what needed to be done and price of the repair. I felt very comfortable dealing with Carlos. He completed job and clean up area when he was done. I will definitely use Carlos in future and I highly recommend him.

I approved the proposal, and the work was completed within a few days. He passed the city inspection with no corrections. I've been using Carlos for all my projects since and haven't had an issue.
