Macs was to install Moen faucet November 19The installation was completed without the pur filtration system that was on the original. The old faucet , filtration system and Moen packaging was taken . When this was noticed the owner wAs immediately contacted . He responded and agreed to have worker, his son complete installation of a new filtration system . The appointment was scheduled . The technician did not show up. It was agreed that I would be given a full refund of $110 plus filtration system by Check. To date this has not occurred .

I hired Dione aka Mac $686 to replace the faucet system in my rental and install a springboard access panel in the stairwell. The plumber he used did not seal the job causing a leak to manifest itself a few months later in the drywall downstairs. There were holes in the drywall and the water from the tub was leaking downstairs. I sent a plumber over to check it and he discovered the error. I sent Dione a message, detailing the damage with photos and invoices. I requested a refund in the amount of $235 of the $686 I paid him. I also discovered the springboard access panel that I paid for was never installed. I sent him a message two months ago when the incident occurred. He never responded.

I was able to make a same day appointment and Cleo came out and fixed my sink and successfully installed my new sink. I appreciated they stand behind their reasonable prices as listed on their advertisement. They stand behind their work and came out again when the pipe was dripping. Reliable, quick, and professional. Definitely recommend for any home needs & now I keep their magnet on my fridge!
