My toilet had overflowed and then, the water from our washing machine drained into my bathtub. My bathroom was a horror! I went to yelp and found Mac's. I left a message and received a call back in 15 minutes. I was advised that someone could be here within 15-20 minutes. Plumber Mike showed up quickly, reviewed the situation and determined that he was going to use the snake tool. He cleared the clog and saved the day. What I especially liked about Mike was that he wanted me to test all the water outlets throughout the entire home to be sure that nothing was pushed into a different pipe. He also said that he wouldn't want to leave until he knew that the entire home was clear. I also learned that flushable wipes are absolutely not flushable as they're fibrous, and doesn't decompose or break up. The only thing that should go into a toilet is toilet paper. Mike was friendly, proficient, professional and knowledgeable! I am so relieved! I also added Mac's to my contacts, so I know who to call the next time we experience a plumbing issue. Thank you Mike and Mac's plumbing for a job well done. I will refer you to all of my friends.

Responsive, very attuned to listening to the problem, did a professional job, and was reasonably priced! I called Dave at about 9AM and left a message, he called me back in 30 mins, we set a time for 1230, and Mike, his employee, showed up at 1230. The job was small (a leaking refrigerator line for ice). Mike surveyed the problem, fixed it in about a 1.5 hours (had to go get the right size copper tubing at the hardware store), and upon leaving, guaranteed the work and to call if there were any issues. That job would have taken me the entire weekend to do , and it would probably still be leaking. This is a great company, run by a professional with employees that are care. I'm proud they are doing business in my town....a great asset to customers and the community. H.

After canceling 3 times, Mac finally came out to my condo. He was there for 30 minutes, and he charged me 200 bucks! Do plumbers get 400/hr.? My sink wasn't even fixed, and was still leaking. When I finally did get ahold of him, I got a bunch of attitude. He came out a week later and fixed it properly, and still tried to make it sound like it wasn't his fault. Go with any other plumber.

One word: Lifesaver! David was professional, honest, thorough and personally ensured the project was finished (which I can't say for the previous plumbing team that walked away...) The last thing we needed was our water heater going out, so when I walked into the laundry room and there was a growing puddle on the floor we started to looking online for a plumber. As much as I like Yelp, when I saw all the five star reviews made me a bit skeptical about calling Mac's Plumbing. I mean, who gets that many good reviews? We ended up calling a few other companies, but Mac's was the most professional and responsive so we ended up going with them. I can truly say that Dave (who owns Mac's Plumbing) lives up to all the great reviews. We got an estimate over the phone, then Dave came down to check what hardware was needed before the installation and confirmed the estimates. He brought someone else to install the water heater, but came before and after the job to inspect everything. He also was very helpful and gave us some advice on how to fix another problem with the pipes that we'd been having (and it worked)! Mac's does big and small jobs, and if I ever need plumbing work done he'll be the first one I call. As another Yelper said, they are professional and extremely trustworthy.

Well the day before Thanksgiving we decided to tackle changing out our sink and plumbing however looking at the project it was way to stressful for us. I just had a faucet replaced and the ice water line replumbed and cannot say enough good things about David. He communicates well, is timely, very proficient and efficient and is very reasonably priced. He will undoubtedly be our plumber of choice from here on out.
