We had some scheduling issues otherwise I would have given them five stars. The work they did to set up for our bathroom re-model, and some work in my workshop, was all excellent work. The plumber was very proficient, explained exactly what he was doing, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly before he left. They will be my first call when I need a plumber in the future.

Waited a week for a bid and when I received it, it avoided any liability for the roof penetration. When I emailed back to have that corrected, I was informed that they got another job last night and no longer could fit me in the schedule... This was a $3,500 job, not a drain clear. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend.

This company gets five stars all around. David and his crew are polite, efficient, and they know what they are doing. They quickly took care of a broken pipe in our front yard professionally and quickly. Later that same day, a chance conversation with David about some warm tiles on the kitchen floor quickly became a disaster averted. There was a hot water leak under our floor and we didn't know it. (The warm spot had been getting bigger over three months). This could have been a nightmare repair job, but David knew that a reroute of the hot water pipes would save us money and time. We are grateful and relieved that we found Mac's Plumbing on yelp. Dave and Mike were very helpful.

My toilet had overflowed and then, the water from our washing machine drained into my bathtub. My bathroom was a horror! I went to yelp and found Mac's. I left a message and received a call back in 15 minutes. I was advised that someone could be here within 15-20 minutes. Plumber Mike showed up quickly, reviewed the situation and determined that he was going to use the snake tool. He cleared the clog and saved the day. What I especially liked about Mike was that he wanted me to test all the water outlets throughout the entire home to be sure that nothing was pushed into a different pipe. He also said that he wouldn't want to leave until he knew that the entire home was clear. I also learned that flushable wipes are absolutely not flushable as they're fibrous, and doesn't decompose or break up. The only thing that should go into a toilet is toilet paper. Mike was friendly, proficient, professional and knowledgeable! I am so relieved! I also added Mac's to my contacts, so I know who to call the next time we experience a plumbing issue. Thank you Mike and Mac's plumbing for a job well done. I will refer you to all of my friends.

Responsive, very attuned to listening to the problem, did a professional job, and was reasonably priced! I called Dave at about 9AM and left a message, he called me back in 30 mins, we set a time for 1230, and Mike, his employee, showed up at 1230. The job was small (a leaking refrigerator line for ice). Mike surveyed the problem, fixed it in about a 1.5 hours (had to go get the right size copper tubing at the hardware store), and upon leaving, guaranteed the work and to call if there were any issues. That job would have taken me the entire weekend to do , and it would probably still be leaking. This is a great company, run by a professional with employees that are care. I'm proud they are doing business in my town....a great asset to customers and the community. H.
