Install new HVAC, Nathaniel, Ed, and Elijah were professional and did a great job! They cleaned up behind themselves and my house is nice and cool. A Daikan was installed and it's nice and quiet. I was offered a rebate for choosing the electric unit, which made it more affordable for me. The whole process was easy and all of the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and kind..

I cannot say enough about Steve and the crew. We purchased a new HVAC system to replace our old system that was 20 years old. Steve was great and provided a detailed and very competitive quote/price, and took time to answer my questions. I also found that everyone in his office were very courteous and responsive. Steve's team arrived on time at 8:00 AM as promised, and completed the removal of our old system and the installation of the new system same day, in the later afternoon. The staff at Mac's Plumbing, Heating & Air were all very nice to work with, and the install crew was truly the best. They asked for my preferences throughout the entire install of my new, all electric water heater. The SMUD rebate process was handled completely by the staff and made the decision so easy to upgrade my broken system. Will definitely use them in the future for any additional needs.
