Mac's is the only plumber we use. They are prompt, reasonably priced and honest as they come. We have a high tech tankless water heater that requires experience as well as training. Steve not only fixed the tankless heater problem in a few minutes but showed me how to perform periodic maintenance to keep the system tip top all for a very reasonable service charge, considerably less than others I called. You can trust Mac and the crew!! We sure do!!

We had issues with our shower faucet so contacted these guys since they were close and we needed quick repair. Wayne and his team were great, very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got us all fixed up with an easy/quick part swap, which luckily he had in his truck. Shower works good as new and feels like a little more water flow too.

I called at 3:33 Sunday afternoon. Answering Service said they'd call back within two hours. I waited for four hours. Called back, left message... now it's been 24 hours. Still no call. Obviously, I've found someone else. Just thought I'd post this Incase the owner has an issue with the answering service they use. Either way, didn't help me with a house full of clogged drains.

Steve from Mac's Plumbing quoted me a fairly reasonable price for a hot water leak underneath the slab floor. He was timely, courteous, and very thoughtful. He answered all my questions and provided me with full explanation to my satisfaction. Kristyn, customer service rep, did a great job in the scheduling and follow-up process displaying professionalism. Although Mac's Plumbing was my second choice, it was only due to a slight difference in price. However, I will certainly consider its services in the future and have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

I've used Mac's Plumbing twice and can't recommend them highly enough. Steve, the owner, was the one who came to look at my problem. In both cases, he easily could have told me that I needed parts and expensive repairs that weren't necessary and I never would have known the difference. He was honest enough to tell me that they were minor and quick repairs that only took a few minutes. Like many people, I seem to have bad luck with repair people not showing up, doing poor work, or telling me things that just don't seem right. Mac's Plumbing is reliable, responsive and above all, honest.

Having a unique pool problem, I called Mac's Plumbing to see if they could help us with installing PVC piping for our new salt generator. They arrived promptly and were professionally dressed. Steve and Jason were very friendly, and courteous; they put shoe covers on to make sure they do not mess up our floors and then immediately reviewed the issue that we were having. After great discussion regarding our problem, they offered valuable advice and shared how we could simply fix it ourselves by using a $25 dollar part. They were extremely patient, as we asked many questions and took the time to make sure we understood how to solve our pool problem. We will definitely call them again and will recommend Mac's Plumbing to all our family and friends.
