Tony was awesome. Needed a faucet installed for an investment property and getting the old unit out was mission impossible. He went and got the materials and sawed and sawed until he was able to get the old impossible fixture out and he put the new one in quickly and most importantly correctly. He was pleasant and arrived on time. I wish every vendor was as timely and professional as Tony. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

Well, earlier this year I hired Macon Plumbing to identify and fix why I was not getting hot water in my master bathroom. Macon comes out and installs an after market cartridge then leaves without verifying I have hot water and when I challenge them they blame it on a handle. Funny. Not so funny.. I call Macon and they come back out, and they still do not verify I have hot water and still blames it on the wrong handle. geez.. Finally I get tired of the luke warm water and call professional plumber. Immediately they see the problem. Rubber left from the old cartridge is blocking the flow of hot water causing a larger mix of cold water. This plumber blows out the remains of the old cartridge gasket and geez I have very warm water, but not real hot water. So being a professional plumber, he installs a quality
Moen cartridge ( Macon should have ask or even informed me for approval they were installing a cheap after market product to my Moen faucet). Not very professional. Anyway the professional plumber after installing the Moen cartridge was able to produce hot water. My advice if still use Macon ask lots of questions and do not assume they have your best interest at heart, Macon accuses me of being a scam and threatens me with turning me into the police. All I wanted was hot water not harassment.

Called around for the best price for unclogging a basement floor drain and getting rid of a gawd-awful smell coming from it. Macon was the lowest, so Tony came out the next day. He says he removed a hideous, unidentifiable object from the drain and the water flow is clear. I called him back five days later because the smell was still there. He advised we flush bleach down the drain. We poured four gallons of concentrated bleach down the drain over the next four days. However, 12 days after Tony was here, the smell is still there.
Price: $95.00.
Result: I'm calling Roto-Rooter later today to see what they can do.

Tony was fantastic! Same day service on my sump pump, and very reasonable. The communication via e-mail, phone and text was the best I have ever experienced with any contractor. Top notch.
