Hello,

I previously gave this company a bad review a few years ago. We are in the process of moving and it was noted in the inspection that the bedroom bathroom sink needed to be cleared.

We decided to us our warranty again just in case. We got Maclin Plumbing which I was getting this 'why do they sound familiar'' vibe ? I am not a repeat Karen yelp reviewer so me giving 1 star is rare. I was little worried but they came out even earlier then they promised. Cleared the sink and sent a written receipt quickly.

Jerry came out to us again, sent from American Homeshield, to get a second opinion on the faucet that another plumbing company Premium Rooter Plumbing Service refused to replace stating it's a custom faucet. Jerry evaluated and confirmed it's a standard, not custom faucet, ordered it and replaced very quickly.

Jerry and MacLin Plumbing is a star plumbing company, I discovered them through AHS, and always happy to see when he gets assigned to our case as he always resolves issues the right way, fixes everything the right way, is always on top of his toes to do it right. I wish to have more companies like this one.

MacLin was assigned through my home warranty. I never know what to expect through their contractors, but this time was a winner. Jerry diagnosed the problem immediately. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Very disrespectful team, Maclin have never fixed any plumbing issue raised through American HomeShield warranty company. You'd be wasting your time and money working with Maclin Plumbing company

MacLin Plumbing will be my #1 contact for plumbing and related services from now on. This is the third service call provided by MacLin, specifically
Jerry, and he always brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism,
competence, efficiency and quality to the job. Jerry has replaced a water
heater and a garbage disposal, and most recently repaired a water leak in
the slab. Matt worked closely with Jerry to repair the leak and they were
able to cap the leak and reroute the water line in a very timely fashion.
Working together they completed the tasks much quicker than I had
anticipated and insured the new line worked properly and would be protected from freezing weather. These two gentlemen worked well together to solve my problem, explained what they had done, and cleaned up once the job was completed. And thanks to James on the scheduling/dispatching end, I was able to get the repairs completed promptly. Another plumbing service I contacted prior to MacLin would not have been able to address my leak for another month. So thanks James, Jerry and Matt for your prompt and courteous service. You'll be my first call the next time I need plumbing or other services your company offers. And I won't hesitate to refer you to my family and friends when they need service. Thanks a bunch!

I read a review and the gentlemen is correct. Jerry was nice at first, but is easily argumentative if you inform him he is wrong. I never right bad reviews. This is the total truth. I don't! I write only good reviews, but this time I feel this company really deserves a review. First off they lied. They told me AHS would not reimburse me an amount and yes AHS would. He insisted per my contract they wouldn't and I knew they would cuz I have an email proving it. He wouldn't let me talk so I had to hang up. Very argumentative! I knew I was correct. He comes out and pulls control and doesn't put the water heater in cuz I had items in front of the water heater. It would have taken me & my husband the same amount of time to move the stuff as him getting the tank and equipment out of the truck. I get it! I had stuff in front, but honestly....Easily movable stuff. Anyway-He was going to make me suffer. I get it. He then said reschedule and he was charging me another service fee. I called to reschedule and he answered and said call the next day cuz he can't make schedules and the guy who does the scheduling is out. He knows I have been with out hot water for over a week & now pulls this & makes me suffer more. So, now I won't get hot water for at least another week if I use them. They were wrong about the reimbursement. Now he is going to make me suffer longer cuz he is mad when I was correct. Not professional at all. When he came out the first time to look at the water heater he was as helpful as anything. He moved a few things and he was easy. This time he was mad at me and was going to make me suffer more. Anyway- He can use the fact we had stuff in front of the water heater, but honestly? Easily movable stuff. He had to get the water heater and equipment out. He was going to get me for getting upset with him and hanging up. However, he was wrong & wrong for not putting it in especially knowing I can't even reschedule until another few days. That is mean! Just mean!

My two toilets were leaking. I got Maclin Plumbing through my home warranty AHS, and Jerry came out to fix the problem the next day. He did a great job and was very thorough replacing all the different bits and bobs of the toilet mechanism that were no good. He was also very nice

I've hired this company in the past and thought they were reliable and responsive. But now their website is down and no one returns phone messages. No response to service requests. Is the business closed?

The company's quality of service is extremely low. The technician that came out to our home did solve a problem (something we could have done ourselves) and then without actually finding the cause of the problem and the reason for the service call, he left. He said everything appeared to be working well and left. We told him there was no hot water, he responded by telling us what to do, and yet reported that he tested it to see if there was hot water. He did not test anything. It was a waste of time and a waste of money to go with this company.
