Quoted a price then ordered hot water heater. When the wayer heater was delivered his price went up 20 percent. Left a embarrassing mess. I mean mud up from door to water heater. He said ooops I forgot my mop. We bought the water heater directly from the seller and he tried to charge us too. Honestly its unbelievable that there are so many good reviews. I will say its quality work.

Called Mackinaw plumbing for a toilet leak issue. Terri was very responsive and able to come out the next day. He showed up on time and had the toilet fixed promptly. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for plumbing issues in the Tahoe area. I will certainly use their services in the future.

Mackinaw Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Terry came by and estimated the job. I needed an auto drain installed in our condo. His price was very reasonable and said he could do the job within a few days. He arrived promptly at 8:30am and was very efficient. We were also installing new vanity and he removed our old pedestal sink and installed the faucet and drain. I would definitely recommend Mackinaw for sell your plumbing needs

Terry is great. He replaced our water heater and went beyond the basics. He picked up the new water heater in Truckee that we purchased and hauled away the old water heater. He even opened the passage space that was too small for the new heater and put the wood back as it was; could've said get a carpenter, instead did it himself. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. When others give you the run around, schedule out a week or more, forget them and call Mackinaw!

This guy came out here today, did not even come into my apartment! Then he tells me he forgot the tool he needed and went back home. His truck at the time was running fine. Now he calls and tells me he can't make it because he has truck problems!! When I tried to call him back, his voicemail was full and couldn't even talk to him! Not a good way to handle your business.
