Showed up an hour late, not wearing a mask. He left pipes open in my bathroom and caused a flood in my house. When I called them back to have them come back, they sent the same man that didn't finish the job the first time and instead of just fixing what I called him for he proceeded to yell at me, getting louder and louder with every sentence, claiming he was in the right, then started pointing his finger in my face. Completely unprofessional. Told me because I didn't specifically ask him to put my toilet back on properly it wasn't his responsibility. Figured that would have been implied. I needed a working toilet. Not a leaking one. Now I have water damage and my heat vents are going to rust out because of all the water. When I reached out to the owner I was told to contact another company as they wouldn't send anyone else out. 0/10 would not recommend!
