Happy with the quality of work and the ability to expedite the service, but un-happy with the lack of pricing transparency. Miscommunication between contractor and Nick led to being charged additional $500 in a phone-call after leaving the house. Already had paid $375 in the house. He made clear where the disconnect was but still, not a good experience.
