We hired Mack Construction to repair a fence and locate a leak in a closet that had been going on for years. We had many companies come out and try to ""find"" and/or ""fix"" the leak to no avail. This job definitely was not the ""norm"" and was challenging at times in the beginning to figure it all out. Mike (owner) and Mark (foreman on site) took the time to find the problem and complete a very ""thorough"" job. In the end, the price was reasonable, the job done was outstanding, and most importantly we felt there was honesty in all of the dealings with Mike and Mark.

Mike's team helped build an addition to our house (converting our patio into a bedroom). His team was great to work with and had excellent care to attention and detail. When something minor was missed they were quick to fix it and the results often went above and beyond what I was expecting.

I have more projects I plan on investing in with my property and Mike will be the first one I call.

Mike Mack was referred to as by our realtor to do some minor home repairs, mostly cosmetic, before it was put on the market. He gave us a quote that was very high but we were under a time crunch as we were paying both mortgage and rent and our realtor had recommended him so highly. He had said that he would be able to get everything done quickly and that was of high priority. He not only did not do all that he had said that he would do, but he tried to charge us for things that he had written into the estimate and never even attempted to complete those things. He ended up delaying the sale of our house. I tried calling him on days that he had told us that he would be working for us only to be SCREAMED at me about his wife troubles and told to leave him alone. I was so shocked, I started crying on the phone and I rarely ever cry. It was just horrible. He is extremely unprofessional, sloppy, unstable, and over-priced.
