We have utilized the services of MacInness plumbing several times, and are always impressed with the promptness of their response, ability to schedule us very soon if needed, courtesy of both office and plumbing staff. They give a two hour window and call when they are on their way, and they have never kept us waiting beyond that window. They diagnose the problem expediently, explain it , explain all costs, and then either fix it or schedule a time to do so. They clean up, take everything with them.
Their prices are fair to us and to them.

Professional from the beginning to end. I highly recommend you give these guys a call for your plumbing needs. I just bought a home that needed a complete repipe from polybutylene to pex. They explained to process to me thoroughly, and did exactly what they had told me they would do. This project involved drywall removal and then drywall patching, which was done in a very precise and careful manner. While repiping can be an overwhelming project, they made it a painless and headache free process. Support your local business and know that you're getting top quality work with Mike and his team.

I have been a fan of Macinnis Plumbing since the first time they cam out for minor plumbing issues. Always professional, reliable, effective and reasonable.I have since hired them for an emergency water tank failure when out of town, handled beautifully. And, hired them to handle the plumbing in a kitchen remodel, again, beautiful work. That being said, nothing compares to the decency of Mike Macinnis, the owner, and his loyalty to a customer. This past weekend, Saturday, 3:30 pm, I had an outside water connection break and the only solution was to turn off water to the entire house. Called Macinnis, left a garbled message about an emergency, received a call back and had service in 1/2 hour. Mike left the comfort of his home, family, weekend and the U of A game, in order to help. Came with a smile , fixed the problem and was genuinely happy to have helped. He saved my weekend, anxiety level and sanity. Thank you for the excellence you always bring.

My sister thought she had a leak under her kitchen sink from a pipe, so she called MacInnis. They sent two guys, Stephen P. who checked it all out and discovered the problem was not a pipe joint but rather a poor seal surrounding the sink itself.. she wants a new sink anyway, so she'll ask MacInnis to replace.
Then they removed the faucet part of an under counter water filter, plugged the opening, brought the filter assembly to my house across the street and replaced the faucet on my filter with hers. Everything works perfectly, they did the work in an hour and we are so pleased. MacInnis has done work for both of us in the past -- they are responsive, professional and we won't call anyone else.

From my first phone call to the final service call, MacInnis Plumbing has been one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Chandra, the office manager, was very thorough with her questions about my water leak and used that info to choose which plumbers to send. Then on the day of the appointment, she called to let me know they were slightly delayed, though they ended up arriving within the specified time.

Two plumbers, Steven and Bear were personable, informative, and thorough, checking out everything, determining my irrigation system was leaking, and suggesting a fairly easy fix. Additionally, I had a broken flush valve and they went above and beyond to get the part and fix that as well.

I'm happy to say I finally have a trusted plumber that I will call for all future repairs.

Family member used MacInnis for a remove and a replace of a vintage water heater. Thought they missed the appointment because inside and outside of the water heater location is was so clean.
About a month later, we needed our water heater replaced. It was a very tight space for removal but they located a tall heater that was the same gallon amount as previous one.
Assured us water heater is a pro plumbers model not one from a Big Box store.
Chandra is on top of appointments and calls back with date and time quickly. Techs show up on time observing Covid measures.
