I needed to have my home re-piped and, after having interviewed three highly recommended companies, chose MacInnis to do the work due primarily to their professionalism and promptness when meeting for the initial consult.
I most definitely made the right decision.
Having a re-pipe is an overwhelming monstrosity of a job and there's no way I could have gotten out of it without my house being torn apart, furniture in the middle of the room, water turned off for a day ... but I cannot thank MacInnis enough for the quality and efficiency of the work that both of the teams, plumbing and drywall, accomplished. Made the entire process as painless as possible, so thank you!

Updated review mike the owner has raving reviews from 2 of my neighbors. Mike spent 20 minutes talking to me about my plumbing issues & information on options to prevent home flooding . FYI My son came for Father's Day returned home 90 miles to find 3 inches of water and thousands of dollars of repair beyond insurance . There's new & old systems to prevent this issue. Thanks mike for discussing options . I would trust his professional help .

After reading the reviews of MacInnis Plumbing and based on a referral I received; I can honestly attest that Mike MacInnis is truly a man of his word! He tackled replacing my 33 year old tub/shower fixtures by finding Moen Chateau after-market parts that would work without tearing into my wall. I needed to replace the tub fixtures in both bathrooms. The master bath garden tub spout had a crack in it. The new ones work so easily and look so much better in a brushed nickel finish versus the original chrome finish. They saved me a lot of money that I didn't want to spend...Yay!
He has a great crew of plumbers (Steven and Simon) who were polite, knowledgeable and they ""mask up!""

This company deserves a 5 star rating because they are professional, knowledgable, honest, responsible and they follow up! They recently repiped my OV home, something I was dreading because of the expected invasiveness of the process; not so with MacInnis Plumbing. They had a plan, it was followed, and the whole process was pretty unobtrusive and was completed as scheduled down to the last inspection. Excellent.

Great fast service. I called and they had someone out in an hour. Both gentlemen were wearing their masks and I was super appreciative of that. I can't imagine working in this heat masked is Easy. They found a super simple problem and the charge was incredibly reasonable. I can't begin to tell you how relieved. Consider them your new plumbing company.

This is a great business. The person who answered the phone when I called was as pleasant and nice as could be and Mike was at my house (wearing a mask without needing to be asked) within a hour. He is clearly an expert and has a ""do-it-right"" attitude. He gave me a great estimate and fit the job into their schedule the next day. The job was done exactly on time and the right way. To ice the cake, the final bill was a under the estimate cost because the job was done a bit faster. A company with less integrity easily could have just billed for what the estimate was. My home is relatively new so I have not needed plumbing services very often, but this is now my go-to company for any future needs I have.

The most impressive thing, they didn't try to talk me into spending money. In fact, the work came in below the estimate. Oh, and it was done right and quickly. Also, they did the research necessary to find an answer rather than trying to get me to opt for a different solution that would have been easier.

I am super impressed by this company. Customer service is outstanding! I am very critical on customer service and quality and integrity & I feel this company has it in spades. Due to COVID, my regular plumbers were not working, Mike called me back pretty quickly and had someone out that same day and he was great. Stephen told me how to fix a few things on my own and answered patiently all my questions. I am a single woman who really doesn't enjoy plumbing projects but he talked me through what I can do on my own to save myself some money. I was able to do one thing on my own but ran into trouble with my second project...replacing my shower head, which you would think easy enough right? Of course when I got to the flow adjuster it was on SUPER tight. I tried everything that I could research and using oils and nothing. I got to the point that I was worried about trying anymore and causing more issues. I contacted them to inquire about what they had worked on last time (it had been over a month since their last visit and I couldn't remember what he had worked on and wondered if he had over tightened it perhaps. They said they hadn't worked on it and when I said I would try and get my brother or another friend over to see if we could get it off, Mike told Chandra that he would rather send over one of his guys to take it off to make sure it was taken off properly. I wouldn't have looked negatively on them if they hadn't sent anyone out but the fact that they treated me like family in a sense has made me a customer for life. It is really rare to get this kind of extra out of the way customer service in this day and age. I truly feel cared for and that they take their work/reputation seriously. Hard to find that kind of work ethic. I am not just a number to them. My previous plumbers were good and caring but MacInnis Plumbing is on another level in my book.
Stephen came back out and not only took off the flow adjuster (sad to say easily enough-I am just going to go with the oils finally got in there and not my puny arm strength). He of course didn't stop there but also wanted to install the shower head to make sure it was all good. Can not say enough good things about this company and have recommended them to several people already.

Researched a few different places on Yelp in the area and this place really stuck out to me! When I called for a quote, they were knowledable and provided an estimate from pictures to replace toilet flanges. The work was completed faster than quoted so I saved some money from my estimate. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and made the start of the process easy. I like their honesty...when I showed a picture of my new sink faucet which I was worried was too short, the plumber said it was good the way we had it and did not need any work. Thank you!

Prompt and courteous. I appreciate the plumber's effort in obtaining a sample of what is in the gutters and causing a health hazard and a horrible sickening odor. A picture is worth alot.
The HOA where I live refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem.
