What can I say? I had issues getting hot water to a back unit at my duplex. 2 different plumbers came out to just scratch their heads and tell me they couldn't figure it out and just leave after little to no troubleshooting. I got tired of the run around and looked to yelp for help... thank jeebus I found Macias's Plumbing. I called them and had same day service on a Saturday morning!

Ros was on point! He troubleshot the water system up and down, getting an understanding of the plumbing...truth be told my existing plumbing was band aid fixes after band aid fixes... so he was able to see through all of that and find the problem that 2 other so called ""experienced plumbers"" couldn't find. I honestly think the last 2 plumbers intentions were to up-sell me... Not to fix the issues at hand... Ros took care of everything giving me the peace of mind the other 2 plumbers couldn't. His prices are fair, and he's honest. Throughout the troubleshooting process, he mentioned the worst case scenario, but came up with the best solution for my budget. I'm saving ros's number and I'm a customer for life. I'm recommending Ros to my friends and family. If you're a landlord... stop looking around and call Rosendo. Macias's plumbing is what you're looking for.

This company is the real deal. Ros knows his stuff and was extremely helpful with our situation. He is now our go-to-guy from this point forward. We own a multi-family property and a tenant of ours was having plumbing issues. Ros was extremely professional and handled the situation with great integrity. Every detail was documented as I was unable to be present when he came to the property. He understands Landlord-Tenant relationships both good and bad and gives great advice as well. Communication is great as he responds immediately, and all requests and concerns on my part were fulfilled and answered. If you own a rental property, this is definitely the company for you. Top notch service.

I highly recommend Ros! He showed up right away and went to work. My water heater connector was leaking and was able to fix in less than 15 min. His price are reasonable too. Definitely recommend him to others and will be contacting him in the future.

During a dangerous heat warning and an upcoming holiday weekend, they came out SAME DAY to service my A/C unit. I contacted several companies for service and no one was able to service my unit the same day (with some booked for over a week). Ultimately, I feel that Macias may have overcharged me (explaining the 4 out of 5 stars) since they knew they had me a corner though. Repairman arrived early and was done in 15 minutes but the repairman was a contractor so I can not speak to Macias plumbing employees.

Called on a Saturday morning and Ros answered the phone. Let him know that I had a leak under the kitchen sink, and he was at my house in 40 minutes. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work and then worked really hard to get my pipe repaired. I really appreciate how quickly he showed up and how well he did the job. Thanks so much Ros!

Great guys, fast and efficient. Ros came, provided a quote for a leak that was coming from the bathroom wall and finished the job on the same day, which is hard to find with other plumbing businesses. He did a great drywall patchwork when done, which again not a lot of plumbers are willing to do. Lastly, they fixed another minor leak problem I had that was not even agreed upon, free of charge. Ros met our needs immediately... first plumber tried to upsell our entire sewage / drainage system for $9k! Ros came in and made our day! Not only did he do our service the same day, he told us we didn't need the entire system. Put us at ease... Definitely recommend Macias!

Ros and his crew were very nice and professional, and best of all they finished quickly. I had an unknown leak somewhere in my house that caused my water bill to jump up $400. Ros came by and spent almost 3 hours under my house trying to locate the leak, but couldn't. He suspected the leak was in the pipe that led to my detached garage, and called his colleagues to confirm. After they found the leak, they were able to isolate it from the rest of my house so that i would still have running water while they did the repairs. The repairs required about 5 days worth of work, and meant they would have to dig up my yard. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to keep my yard nice, but you wouldn't even be able to tell that they had been there! Best of all they finished in 3 days! Really would have been 2 days but they came back the third day to do a little rework to make sure everything was good, so I appreciate the overall attention to detail.

Macias plumbing was fantastic! Our water heater pilot went out and we couldn't get it to stay lit. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. In addition to that he even helped us move our old couch out of the house. He is definitely our go to plumber now! Thank you so much!

Along with 2 clogged sinks. Saturday night our toilet clogs and Sunday morning there's no sign of it getting better. So I looked for a local plumber and Macías comes up. He Answered our call said he would take 3 hrs for him to finish another job and would head on over. Unclogged everything. Price was reasonable for a Sunday emergency. Mr. Ros Macías was very nice and informative.
