I had such a good experience using Macias Plumbing. I called in the morning with a brief description of what we were experiencing. He knew right away we were probably experiencing a blockage and was able to come service my home within a few hours. He was able to clear the blockage in less than an hour and even picked up some of the debris in the area. I will definitely use this company again.

I called this company. They were quick about coming out, they did not mention anything about a service charge. Memo which is his name went under my Mobile home to find the leak they were under there for 45 minutes running my water could not find the problem. Finally he came to my door and said that I had a small leak. Then he said you should fix your all you pipes, all the time not mentioning to fix only why I called in the first place the leak, and then he said the owner will get back with you with a price. I could not understand why he could not just fix the one pipe, never even mentioned it. I said okay let the owner call or text me and give me a price. He then proceeded to ask for a service fee which was never mentioned by Memo or the owner. And all the owner text me was oh we usually charge a service fee. I text him back about not mentioning it and then he text me best regards. I have never been treated so poorly. Long story short had another plumber come out next day and replaced a10 foot Pipe it was no problem. I have never been so disappointed in a company like macias plumbing. One thing though I do have to say when I first called, owner is very friendly, that is why I had them come out. Maybe he just needs a new technician that is friendly and explains things before he does anything.

Ros was easy to contact - he answered the call, set up an appt, he showed up ON TIME, did the assessment of what is needed to replace my water heater, and did the install of the new unit beginning to end, checked all faucets after (corrected a faucet fixture so i get better water pressure), and hauled old unit away. i appreciate the fixture correction - nice! i appreciate the honesty and simplicity of his work. thanks, Ros!

Had a very old water heater finally go out at our rental and Ros called me back right away and let me know he could be there the next day. Kept in touch on time and showed up, assessed what was needed and was able to get everything with one trip and replace it. Even went as far to fix the platform the water heater was on as well. He also sent me photos the whole time which I appreciated. Thank you Ros we will be sure to give you a call in the future if anything comes up.

The pilot kept going out on our wall heater and upon inspecting and asking some questions, Ros noticed that the wall was hot and advised that it was very dangerous to use the heater in that state. We turned it off and he and his crew were able to rearrange their schedule and quickly come back the next day to work on it.
Once the old unit was removed, they were able to assess that the old heater vent pipe to the roof was damaged and needed to be replaced.
We decided to also upgrade the heater and thermostat at that time as well.
They made sure we got the best price and quality for the materials needed and the cost of labor was fair. Thankfully also, they were able to finish the project the same day.
With the expertise of Ros, Memo and Alonso fixing our gas wall heater, we can sleep better knowing that our home is a safer place.

Ross was a true lifesaver. We had a clogged main drain line backing up from the sewer, causing flooding in one bathroom from the toilet. This is a truly awful situation to begin with, but it was made worse by the fact that this is an old construction that was given an addition decades ago without making the clean out accessible. And of course, until it gets resolved you literally can't use any drain, toilet, shower, faucet at all, because it can all add to where the flooding is, that was barely going down. What a nightmare! And with most plumbers low on personnel due to Omicron and talking about scheduling a week out or more! Ross and Macias Plumbing came to the rescue. Great family operation. First Ross came out and attempted to snake from a roof vent for a couple hours, to no avail. Then he sent his cousin in, whose a real drain pro, and they took out an old toilet (which was really ready to be replaced anyway) and he got to the clog through that drain and after considerable effort with the bigger roto machine punched right through whatever the heck it was (probably tree roots). Then he installed a new toilet i got at Home Depot. The drains have never drained better now. Not only was it great work, but it was just in the nick of time before we'd have had to stay at a motel or something. So, tremendous appreciation to Macias Plumbing! And the charge was extremely reasonable: About $550 for working most of the day. And super great guys. I really can't say enough about what a great company this is. I'd give ten stars if I could.

So very pleased with Macias plumbing! Ros battled a stubborn main line clog and won. His price beat the other four plumbers I called. He was prompt, super professional, and an overall super cool guy. I rarely write reviews, but am eager to write this one to pass on the great news. Macias is the real deal!

Macias plumbing is fantastic. I had a gas leak at water heater they fixed, broken thermal couple on water heater replaced, replaced gas dryer shut off valve, and turned on wall heater. Very professional, I highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews but Macias plumbing is great!! Ros was quick to reply and came out asap when I needed help with my toilet. He quickly fixed the toilet and also helped me de-clog both of my bathroom sinks. I was shocked how quick my whole house was back to normal operation. I would highly recommend Macias Plumbing!
