I found this service browsing on the internet, I needed minor repairs done in my elderly mother's home. I sent the request and added photos and a description of what needed to be done. Once I submitted the request I received an automated e-mail letting me know someone would contact me with a quote. This was on Wednesday June 11, 2025. It is now Tuesday June 17, 2025 and I have yet to be contacted. At this point, forget it. I actually did it myself.
