Great service! As a homeowner I can say that few things are more important than finding a good contractor to work on your home, especially on that is fairly priced and trustworthy. We were thrilled to find MIke at Macco. Mike and the team were exceptional. Everything from the estimate process through to completion, they were great to work with. It was big project for us. We began with french door replacement and then replaced old linoleum flooring in the kitchen. But the hardwood had to blend into existing wood and be lightened. The final results are excellent and we could not be happier. We highly recommend this contractor. Thanks Mike!

Had serious flooding on my first floor floor which required new flooring, dry wall, trim, and new paint. I contacted MAACO for a bid and received an excellent bid (the lowest) in addition his bid came in below the insurance estimate so I was able to save money out of pocket. Throughout the entire process he was very responsive and wasn't a pushy salesmen type. He never tried to add cost because it was an insurance claim and he honored his bid. After I made the decision to use MAACO Mike managed to get me on his schedule and completed the job in less than an month. Highly recommend MAACO considering it was the best contracting experience I've ever had. In addition, the job was very high quality. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and your great team. I will be using your services again in the future.

Mike and his team were absolutely amazing. We had our bathroom renovated. They gave accurate estimates of time and money. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Each day after work, the crew would clean up so that we didn't feel put out of place. They also answered all my questions and the communication throughout the process was spectacular. I am a local REALTOR and MACCO Remodeling & Restoration plays an integral role in my real estate business. When I'm helping clients sell their homes, I encourage each of my Sellers to have MACCO perform a pre-inspection audit of their property. Why?...because we want to avoid having the Buyer's home inspector presenting us with any surprises at negotiation time. I also encourage MACCO to find at least $50K worth of maintenance and upgrade items during the audit. Why? Certainly not to jack up the costs for my Sellers...rather, to intelligently evaluate the detailed list of items and estimates that MACCO provides. We might not do ANY of the items on the MACCO list prior to sale, yet the Seller and I always have a good idea of what could be done ore what WILL come up later so we can craft our strategy in advance. Difference between a good company and a great company? A good company delivers goods and services to meet customer satisfaction. A great company exceeds expectations. When a kitchen redo fell apart, I contacted Macco. Not only did I receive prompt, efficient service; but when a stove delivery arrived with a damaged product, Macco stood the ground with the manufacturer to make it right. When re-delivery could not happen in a reasonable timeframe, Mike worked with the top decision makers to upgrade the product at no additional charge and a prompt installation. That's a great company.

Our AC unit kept tripping our circuit breaker during the hottest part of the summer and we called our home insurance company who sent out one bad HVAC tech after another replacing parts left and right. After the 4th tech and still broken AC unit as well as the frustration, we had our AC unit replaced with a new one. After a week, it started happening again so I called Macco who we used for other services such as home repair, installing an attic fan, various plumbing jobs, replacing light fixtures, etc. When i called Macco about the AC problem, they came out the same day and diagnosed a faulty breaker switch and replaced it within minutes. Problems fixed. Should have called them first. Also used them when my mother had a pipe burst in the winter. They worked with the insurance company who wanted to only repair a small portion of the wood floors. Due to the discoloration of the new section and the old sections, they were able to get the whole middle floor replaced from the insurance company. Highly recommend.

Great company! My sister had them do a lot of renovations at her house, so when I had a leak at my house and needed inside and outside work she suggested them. Mike, the owner, came out and assessed the damage inside and out, explained everything and answered all my questions before starting the work. They fixed the leak outside, replaced the insulation and drywall, painted, and took care of a few unexpected issues that came up along the way. Mark and his crew did a great job, and they completed the work in less time than expected. I will definitely be using them again when I decide to renovate the kitchen!
