I scheduled this company to replace a chandelier. He never answer my calls or messages during the time frame he was to arrive so I canceled. Didn't here from him at all until 2 weeks later with a cancelation bill of 75 bucks. It took 2 weeks to get back to me. Wow. And for money and no work or visit done. I agree with the other 1 star rating. He's a thief and a crook. We're sending him a check only because my lawyer would cost me more. Stay away from this company.

Previously, I used this electrician to repair a mess that another company left. MacBride did a great job and my family is 100% plus happy. On or about August 20th, the dining room lights ""flickered for a second"" and we did not pay much mind to it. The we started to smell an electrical odor, the breaker did not pop, and there was no smoke. While I love fire-fighters, it seemed to be a clear choice to get an electrician on scene a.s.a.p. Steve confirmed that the switch was bad and replaced it among several other projects we had done. Steve has opened my eyes that there is nothing better than a fully licensed and professionally trained electrician to properly complete these critical repairs. While completing these projects, he walked and talked me through the process including showing the prior inferior installations and repairs done by others. I am a believer. Steve McBride is the best. There is no one else I'll ever call again. Thanks for great job!!!!!

Sorry about our precipitous review of Steve MacBride. He came here a year ago and charged some $400 for turning on a switch. The switch was off again, thus, thank God we remembered to turn it back on.

Precisely, MacBride is a serious crook and a cheat. Stay away from this thief, please!!

I hired Macbride to hand two pendant lights in my newly renovated kitchen. They came promptly for a quote and were flexible about finding a low cost way to manage the electrical work. Came within a week to install, and they look great. Would highly recommend for electrical!

Steven is wonderful. He came out late in the night after we had a fire in part of our house and stayed until he was able to safely restore power so we could re enter our home late into the night. He is knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He answers all of your questions and his work is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
