I recently used this family owned business for my water heater installation and was surprisingly impressed. Not only with the quality of service, but with the price as well. I must admit that I am usually very skeptical of local businesses such as this because of the possibility of receiving bad service and having no way of being reimbursed without legal action. This does not seem like the case with Mac Services. I believe that these are upstanding people and that they will always do their very best to accommodate the clients needs. I highly recommend them to anyome looking for heating, cooling or HVAC service.

Dick is a nice enough guy. However, they charged me for a bill i never signed or even saw. 2 months later they said they are suing me for said bill. Looking them up, they are in the habit of suing many people. I would stay away at all costs.

Your response, below, is very inaccurate. I am a small company as well. Your business dealings with me, and I fully gave you a chance to rectify, were fraud, period. I did not sign or even see said invoice until I spoke to your secretary and she asked if I was happy with service. When I said the work was fine but I found it very expensive, so I wouldn't do further business, minutes later sent me the extra bill. That is fraud!! None of my employees signed anything, they will be at court to testify, and your secretary started calling me names and cursing at me when I said I would not pay a fraudulent bill. She went right to saying they will file a mechanics lean....I will tell everyone I can to stay away from you guys. You are fraudulent and then when you don't get that payment you sue?? I understand not working for free, that is not what this is about, this is about you guys fraudulently billing and then suing when payment is not made. Send me a bill without the extra amount and I will pay it. Maybe in the future you should just bite the bullet if you messed up, like Dick said he did!! He said he ""forgot"" to send bill on the date or even 2 months after. Yet, after I signed a bill for 963.00 you send me another bill for 431.00?? How can you not address this? Oh, sorry, our fault?? I will gladly see you in court to tell you in person how fraudulent you are.

Came by and performed several tasks and charged over $ 400.00 cash . Promised to come back and re snake if problem continue !! He has not responded to phone calls for several weeks and will not return your calls . I would look for a different company and save yourself the frustration .

My faucet needed repaired, and Mac was able to come out to fix it same day. He was professional, congenial, and thorough. I'd call him again in a heartbeat if I had a plumbing issue. Thanks, Mac!

They were to be here Wednesday and was a no show. Thursday they show up at 1230. After 15 minutes they leave for supplies. 3 hours later they return only to work for 45 minutes. Friday they finally show up at 1pm. Let's see how long they work today.
