Highly organized and efficient crew. Took care with the sod and pavers. Lawn looks better now than when they came. Also did a side job replacing a toilet.

I'm very appreciative that this business allows me to talk to the technicians directly instead of fielding my calls through a receptionist. They were so helpful when I called in! Instead of telling me they needed to send a technician out and charging me just to evaluate the situation, they told me over the phone not to waste my time and it wasn't something to worry about. I had to call Mac Plumbing again this month because my garbage disposal was leaking and one of the faucets to my bathtub was broken and needed to be replaced. I had to work but my aunt and uncle stayed at the house and told me that they did a great job of replacing the garbage disposal (which had a large crack in it) and faucet handles. My aunt was very impressed in that the plumber made sure to put covers over his shoes before coming into the house. When I got off work I checked both items and they are working great! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I'm very glad my co-worker pointed me in their direction. It cost around $420 (can't remember the exact number) to replace both the garbage disposal and faucets in the tub.
