called at 730am and made an appointment for 10-12 over the one the 12-2 they had. 12:07 came around and I called to see what was going on. Man said he saw me on the schedule but they don't usually schedule 10-12. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time or has to take off from work. There was no communication and unpunctual.

Adam and Drew quickly diagnosed our faulty shower drains in both bathrooms. We just purchased our home about 2 months ago but some of the issues they found raised serious concerns about the quality of work in the rest of house. They performed an inspection and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They were both professional and courteous. Based on their performance, we highly recommend this company.

Mac has a decent reputation in Angies List do I went with them. The tech Adam went to the house for an emergency water heater bursting/replacement situation but Bruce was the salesman whom told me that the secretary Sheryl sent me an email estimate they wanted me to approve and I was taking too long to respond, that Adam and him were going to leave.

I spoke to Sheryl and she told me she never sends estimates for residences and doesn't know what Bruce and my conversation was.

I think this was a pressure tactic by Bruce that I don't appreciate. Bruce then told me what brand of water heater, terms, etc. and I was the one to send him an email instead.

Update: Changed it to 4 stars, I spoke to Bruce about my concerns and he made an effort to address them.
