Absolutely the most informed and top of the line gentleman plumbing professional I've ever met. I tell his secretary what the problem is, from a complete install of a water pump system to knowing any water related home issue in the house and coming completely prepared to handle it. Even the electrical issues surrounding the plumbing equipment he knows exactly what to do to solve the problem quickly and solidly.

I've been a customer of Mark's for over 20 years - and consider myself nothing short of lucky for it. Most recently, we woke up to a water heater leak, New Year's Day...of course these things happen on holidays. Anyway, we called Mark and he was at our home within 30 minutes.
