We called M5 Plumbing Services for an estimate and Pat came out and looked at the list. He gave us an estimate and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. Pat and his son keep very busy with plumbing jobs. The reason is they are very friendly, honest, and good in their line of work. All of our problems were resolved and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. If you want to make sure they show up on time take the 8 a.m. slot, otherwise there might be a delay from the job ahead of yours. When you do quality work you can expect they will be in high demand.

Sounds like we are all having the same problem. I called him to scheduled an appointment stayed home no-show no call. I finally called him at the end of the day he felt bad and reschedule two days later and again was a no-show no call. I don't know about you but I am getting really sick of no-shows and no calls I don't think anybody wants to work anymore. I would stay clear of this company seeing how all the reviews say exactly the same thing. I would be worried if they came out and if you agreed to do the work you would have a nightmare trying to get them to come do it. I even sent them an email and never got a response. STAY AWAY!!!

Setup an appointment that was a week out and they never showed up or called to cancel. They haven't answered my phone calls and their voice mail box is full. Frustrating that I took time off work for them to be here. Not a good way to run a business.

I sent an on line quote request which i never got and called to request service to replace a water heater in my home there was nobody there to take my call and I never recieved a call back. I would not choose this service in the future.
