Honest, knowledgeable, efficient.
MW service company came out to fix our furnace, after another company (Climate Control Heating and Air) told us our furnace need to be replaced at an approximate cost of $4000. They diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes as a wire that had come loose. It is obviously important to find a heating and air company you can trust. I would highly recommend MW Service Company,
They originally came to my home in early May and said they needed to order a part. That part has apparently never arrived, but there has been no information from this company without my calling first and talking to the voicemail.
It has now been more than 5 weeks with no air conditioning.
Soooo... let me start a MONTH ago. They came, took my $75 fee and recommended new system(s).. Three weeks and 50-60 calls into their phantom voicemail, I miraculously got a call back(Yes!!). I scheduled an appointment with them for the following Friday (Yay - under 1 month!!).
Then, after I got my boss to approve a half day of paid vacation, they were a no call / no show. In fairness to them, I did get a text 4 hours AFTER my appointment that my appointment was cancelled (yay them, great customer svc - albeit 10 TOO LATE). So now I have given up, without AC, in the summer, a month after giving them a try. #TRYAGAIN
Allan M.If there was a half-star, I would select that. MW was dispatched to our home from American Home Shield (a kind of service insurance company). I have never dealt with a more horrible company in my life. The dispatcher is apparently the only one who answers the phone, and she takes frequent days off; therefore, getting a quick answer is very spotty. Their tech told me we needed a new compressor for our central air conditioner. Service is scheduled. Two hours after they were supposed to arrive, I got a call saying they didn't have the compressor. Two weeks after that, it was installed. A/C still doesn't work. Tech said that it was now a valve, and that ""he smacked it around, but it still doesn't work."" (I swear to god, that's exactly what he said.) Reschedule for another two weeks. An hour after they were supposed to arrive, I get a call that the valve was back ordered, and we need to wait ANOTHER two weeks. At this point, we were about 45 days into hot, humid weather. I contacted another company. Their tech told me that MW's tech wired the compressor incorrectly, overfilled the coolant, and then charged us for it. Today the second company came out to correct the coolant issue and found that MW didn't install the correct compressor!!!
Don't use this company. They don't care at all about their customers, and it's extremely irresponsible, not to mention dangerous, to wire a major piece of equipment when you obviously have no idea what you're doing.

Grace K.These guys have come to my house to fix the AC at least five times. Every time they ""fix"" the AC it breaks within a couple of hours. Each time they come back, they have a new story on what is actually broken. I have been without AC since Mid-April. Unhappy that my insurance will only send these guys to fix the AC. I would never recommend this company to anybody paying out of pocket. To call them incompetent would be an understatement.
This company gets 1 star for Customer Service and for being unresponsive to a claim. I left a message two times and was not called or emailed back for an entire week after my Central Air died. Avoid this place, they will let your voicemails sit for days and never answer their phone or respond to emails. Joke business
