I needed my ac serviced. They never showed. I called again they said they were at my house. I triple checked the address with them. The technician said he was at the front door and no one answered. I told him that was impossible because I was sitting on my porch. He confirmed the address said he was standing at my front door. I told them well you aren't here. 3 months later I got a bill for a compressor replacement. I called them and said you never serviced my AC, your technician never showed, and I had to call someone who had to fix a line. Now they are suing me. This is how this company makes money by suing people. The company is 100% a scam. Ignore the location I am traveling.

The worst A/C & Heating Company in Wooster, Ohio. They break stuff and then try to charge you to fix it. Boycott this Company!!!!!

If their Technician breaks something they work on they will charge you for what they broke. The company just went to small claims court and Lost over the matter because they tried to scam a smarter business owner. If you use this business watch what they do and double check their work and also the invoice of their work. They might do good work but they are very dishonest. You can see the whole court case online for your own proof.

We discovered that our air conditioner was not working last night on our way to bed. Played with the thermostat for a while and decided that we needed to call someone in the morning. Called at 7:30 - someone showed up at 8'ish - fixed the problem and was gone before 9:00.
Ultimately, it was a mouse or chipmunk chewed a wire on the AC unit.

Very unprofessional. We had scheduled an appointment for 2:00 on a Friday two days before. Not only did this company not have the courtesy of calling when they knew they would be late (over an hour), but when we called wondering where on earth the plumber we had called for was, the owner basically said our problem was too insignificant and they disregarded our needs, effectively cancelling our appointment because ""emergencies tend to happen on Fridays"". To me, this translates to disregarding a paying customer's needs that had already been discussed, devaluing our time for a more lucrative plumbing problem. Poor business practices! I would rate M.W. Robinson as no stars if I could, so please go elsewhere!!
