We called in August because our electrician arranged for them to coordinate an installation of an online water heater, having an electrician certified plumber complete the install. This is the only reason we went with and waited on this company. They finally showed up in late October and after five minutes said they needed to go ""build a frame"" for the unit and they'd be back ""tomorrow"". I told the guy we'd already waited 3 months but he insisted tomorrow meant tomorrow. We then had a death in the family that distracted us from their lack of follow through, and when we returned from the funeral it was Thanksgiving week. We called them the following week to find out when they'd be returning and Brandy was unable to give any kind of timeline, let alone apologize for the lack of customer service. I explained we were now 4 months into this wait and she began explaining that the company's priority is their corporate clients, and other customers has been waiting longer than us! She refuses to put me in contact with the owner, did not have him call me back, it was the worst customer service interaction ever. She is a master at blaming others and not taking responsibility for anything. When they finally came the next week for the installation, the charged us double the original quote, did NOT need the frame they left to make (didn't even bring it), and then refused to connect the electric to the water heater!! THIS WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WAITED FOR THIS COMPANY 4 MONTHS!! Tech stated he legally couldn't, even though he was an electrician! So we were left without hot water and had to pay the electrician to come out again to complete the job he'd coordinated to be done by this company months ago! Don't know why anyone would ever recommended this company; they do not want nor care to retain residential customers. Brandy made it clear the jail is there priority and if they call everyone gets bumped. So go somewhere else, they don't want your business.
