Bait and switch. Quoted one price. We wrote everything down. Had several quotes. Went with his. He was lowest. And he ended up over billI have and being highest and he did less work then initially hired for! Shady. Had called office to find out what's wrong with excessive charges and was told ""they are not cheapest"" ""they are actually on high side!"" And to ""speak with plumber/owner; Danny"". He talked in circles. Was going to file BBB complaint & file litigation against him and his company as we also had pictures and all notes on file of details & contractor for work we hired him for, just a hassle! Just Beware. You've been warned.
Plumbing is the job & any experienced plumber can do a good job, hire trusted and know he definitely scammed us out of hundreds and he is shady! Not trustworthy. In my honest opinion, we got taken! I'd be surprised if we were the only ones.

Our agency used to rely on Sardinha's for our plumbing needs. I don't know what has happened but the service is terrible. We had a bad leak at our agency and was told by the service that they would not be able to come out until the 17th of February. I had my maintenance staff slow the leak and made the appointment. The 17th came and went with no call and no show. Terrible service. Our agency will be dropping them from our vendor services.

Sardinha has worked on two major home renovation projects for me - one in Fall River and one In Providence. Each time major plumbing work needed to be done- general plumbing, new bathrooms plumbed, hot water heaters, etc.. Both times I thought Sardinha's cost was reasonable. Also, they were dependable, honest and did a great job. I recommend.

I've had such great experiences in dealing with this company. Anytime we have a plumbing problem we always reach out to them. Laurie and Liz who answered the phone are so helpful and when Danny comes to the job he's always so professional. He always takes the time to explain not only what he's doing but the other aspects of Plumbing. Exceptional company and exceptional people to deal with!!

BUT.......
Worst in hour costumer relations hands down.
My well at my house was repaired. Sediment got in the Aquapiston flushing component. Representative stated I voided the warranty because I ""soldered"" the toilet.........WHAT????
Not a clue.
