I called them to fix a leak issue at my Dads house, they lady that takes the calls acted like she did not want to help me, she said they were covered up for two weeks, ok that was fine, she scheduled me for 2 weeks out. I ended up finding leak and fixing myself, but the day before they were suppose to come, she called me and was acting like because it had rained the day before, that they would not be able to locate the leak. I had already explained to her, if leak was in yard I would have been able to locate it, it was more than likely under a trailer. It was like no matter what I said about leak, she was trying to discourage me from having them come out to look at. I would have let that go and not said anything, but my brother called them on a Friday about getting seal and bolts put in a toilet, they said no problem and they would be out or call Monday or Tuesday the next week, well Wed came and went with no one showing up or calling. Again, just very bad business if you ask me. The moral of this story is, if you have a leak that you need fixed, DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL DO THERE BEST NOT TO COME !
