This company was sent by my home warranty company. They took days to get here and then said that they could not fix our problem. They did not have the proper equipment to fix our simple clog. All that was needed was a bigger snake. They then called again to come out a second time and again still said the same thing. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY FROM M S PLUMBING IF YOU WANT YOUR PROBLEM SOLVED. They got paid from the warranty company and did absolutely nothing. Had another company come out and they solved the problem in less than 30 minutes for less than my copay from the Home Warranty Company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this company. They installed a new water heater over a year ago in my home. He told me he would be back to remove the old water. Some time went by and I didn't hear from him. When I contacted him about removing the old water he, he flat out told me that he would not remove it! Now that I am selling my home, I have to pay another company to remove it. They came out this morning and informed me of multiple code violations that could have resulted in my home flooding! They did not place the expansion tank on the new water heater, they did place a the pan under the new water heater, as well as several other things. So in addition to removing the water heater, we have to pay the company to be it up to code! I have called the county and filed a complaint. I hope this goes somewhere because as I can see on the other reviews, this company does not do good work!

Came for water heater on a warranty dispatch where I pay 100 deductible and looked my water heater fir 1 minute and said we can not do anything and left and said to call another repair man. SCAM. Took money from AHS and did nothing.

Kitchen sink was stopped up. He said he had no idea what I wanted him to with it because apparently grease and possibly food had gotten down there. He made no attempt to fix it but was already prepaid from the home warranty company. He refused to come back but he hoped that I got some use out of my kitchen sink one day. I had been without it for a week and a half because of all of this. He was also rude on the phone and in person.

dishonest and incompetent...came out three times to fix a pipe leak and only made it worse. Has become a complete headache. Call someone else, trust me

M S Plumbing came to my house to fix a toilet. Charged me but didn't do the work.The bolts holding the tank on were rusty so he decided he couldn't do the job. Of course they were rusty. They are in the tank! You'd think a plumber would know that. He didn't even try! And he wouldn't have needed any parts, I had bought everything beforehand so I could do the job but hadn't been able to get those bolts free. I paid for him to look at my toilet and say he couldn't do the job. What a joke! Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever seen. The owner, Mike, stated to me during our first conversation, that he does not go under the home if there is sewage. UNBELIEVABLE! He then finally """"peeks"""" under the home and states he can't work on plumbing because of a """"T-pipe"""". He then goes inside home and """"resets"""" the toilet (which was working fine before his arrival). I now have to spend money with a reputable company to get the issue resolved, which BTW WAS UNDER THE HOUSE and NOT the toilet! Turns out there is a busted pipe! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the headache!

On 8/9/2021 I called to set up an appointment to have someone come to my home because my toilet had a leak around the bottom of it. I was concerned that the toilet may have cracked or that the wax seal was broken. I let them know that I only have one toilet in the home. They told me they would not be able to come out before the next day and possibly even until Friday. I said forget it. I need someone right away. Long story short. They ended up coming out a week later to check the toilet. They came in the house empty handed. They were in my bathroom for less than 10 minutes and brought me into the bathroom to tell me that they had changed the wax seal. No water on the floor. No old wax seal. Nothing to show that they had done any work at all. I do not believe they did anything. I would not have them come back out again unless my husband was there to watch over the work.
