I don't know where to start. The guy who arrived was clueless. He then proceeded to break a water pipe and had to repair that first before he could figure out what was wrong.
After he fixed the pipe HE broke, I could tell he was clueless and asked him to leave.

Hot water heater went Saturday night. Pretended it was the 1800's on Sunday and figured out how many pots of boiling water it takes to make a nice bath. Turns out two big ones will do it.
Called Mr. Neel at 8a.m on Monday morning. Had hot water before 12. They were responsive, fast and the installers were awesome! He gave me my options, I chose the new heater. I doubt I would have paid less anywhere else, I know it would not have been so quickly and professionally done.
If I had known I could take a hot shower by noon, I would not have taken the pilgrim bath before they came.
The lady that answers the phone was super helpful too. She went above an beyond to help.

Had these guys come out to replace my cracked sump pump discharge line that was running through my front yard. They were responsive, fast, and competitive. The crew that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and did an absolutely fantastic job. If your looking for a quick response and clean work give these guys a call!

After I spoke to a receptionist about having someone come out for an estimate they have refused to call me back. I have left two polite voicemails and neither has been returned. If they did not wish to do the work (install a washer box) I would have preferred they just say that versus ignoring me. It is just unprofessional!

Woke up in the morning to see our sump pump stopped working after some heavy rain and our basement was taking on water. I called two plumbers first thing in the morning who have 24/7 service. The 1st place was pretty short and said they'd call me back (they finally called back 3 hours later). MR Neel listened and heard the panic in my voice and said they would call me right back after checking their schedule and they did! They fit me in that morning and were at my home within an hour of my original call. They replaced the sump pump and tested our 2nd pump to make sure it was working. Super nice guy who came out and got it taken care of! We've used MR Neel in the past for a sewer line issue and they were awesome for that as well. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about this company. We had them out for every plumbing issue we've had since moving here in 2012. They get here quick, they charge reasonably and fair, and they are courteous and professional.
