They installed an electric stove top for me, to replace an old one that had broken. They really went above and beyond given that the previous installation was done incorrectly which made it difficult to remove. They cleaned as they went and everything was spotless when they finished. All at a very attractive price. Would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Got to say... One of the best experience's I have had in a long time with regards to home repair work. Great Service in installing new double oven. The new oven didnt fit exactly and instead of walking away they worked closely with me on modifications and adjustments and got the oven installed perfectly.

After looking for someone to install our new dishwasher for hours I came upon M&R. They had some good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. They were quick to respond and offered a great price. We had a window of 5-7pm. They showed up on time, professional equipment and very knowledgable. They installed our new dishwasher taking care with the floors and cabinets. Super clean and respectful of our home. They will be our new go to company for appliance repair and installation.

We were urgently in need of someone to install our stove. The one left by the precious owners of our home didn't work and had a gas leak. M&R was responsive and pretty quickly got us on the schedule. They did a great job at installing our new stove and no more worries of a gas leak.

Took my money, never finished the job, told me to do it myself, and repeatedly didn't show up.

I paid them to move my washer and dryer and install it in my new home.

He delivered it but he didn't have the right cable to hook it up.

He told me to go buy it and he'd come back the next day.

He never showed up. I rescheduled with him, and never showed up.

His wife told me I can just do it myself.

If that's the case... Why did I just pay him 175 dollars? Horrible.

***In response to the company's message: We tried multiple times to get you to come back. We bought a new attachment to make it easier for you to complete the job. We don't know about dryer parts. You should have asked about connections when you were making your estimate. You mention regular customers-- we had at one point wanted to become a regular customer. But never showed up multiple times. Lying and saying you will come and then never showing up is rude and unprofessional. If you didn't want to drive all the way back out here to complete the installation you should have reimbursed us for the cost to install the vent and the cord.

I don't know if you understand how silly it sounds for a service person to take your money and then tell you to finish the job. That is ridiculous. Finish the work you start.

*** This company has changed their response again, now saying that the job was just a delivery. It wasn't. I requested appliance installation and delivery. They never asked what type of prongs or plugs were involved. When he didn't have the part to install it, he said we should go buy the part and he promised to come back the next day.

He never came back. He tried to blame it on us.

As long as you do the research to ensure everything he needs is available he might do a good job.

But-- if he needs a piece of equipment to finish the job--do not give him any money until he comes back and finishes the work. There is a chance he will lie and say he will come back, and he won't. He will miss multiple appointments and waste your time. Most likely he will never come back, and avoid your phone calls. Or... He will tell you that it's all your fault and tell you to finish the job you paid him to do.
