I am a concierge that researches and books services on behalf of my clients. I reached out with her request of cleaning and replacing insulation for her range hood and passed her this businesses information as a suggested vendor. I was never told yes or no to whether they provide the needed service (albeit I'm sometimes given VERY little information and it's just best to get vendors in communications with my clients).
The reviews seemed good and I was told they would be able to meet with my client the next day (back in May).
My client reached out me again saying they scheduled a consultation but never showed up and now won't return or answer calls. I am just the middle man, but I was hoping the business could have turned out well and thus I could have retained them as a suggested vendor for any future requests I get in their area.

From disgusting to delightful! The house we bought had all original everything - 26 years old. The old range hood was beyond cleaning and just plain gross. Our replacement was a wall mounted range hood and not as easy to install. M&R responded quickly and set a appointment. Robert and his trusty sidekick came as scheduled and got to work. Robert checked everything out, explained what they were going to do. I didn't realize our hood was not wide enough to contain the electrical outlet. Robert explained it needed to be moved or it would not look right. (That was important because not that long ago a different so-called contractor had the same issue and installed it anyway without saying anything to me until it was installed.) They were not rushing and were very diligent with the details so I was surprised when I realized it was all completed within one hour. Excellent professional service from start to finish!

After 3 botched Home Depot deliveries I ended up with a fridge left in my entry way and not up the stairs and installed in the kitchen. The delivery men sent from Home Depot said moving the fridge up the stairs was impossible without 4 people. I was completely fed up with Home Depot's delivery practices at this point and told Home Depot I was not scheduling another delivery and I was just going to find someone to install it today instead of another 4-5 days like Home Depot would do. As an aside... Never buy an appliance from Home Depot. They do not value your satisfaction and send incompetent people and defective appliances. I told M&R about my problems and they came over same day and with 2 people and a little help from me we got this fridge up the stairs and installed. These total professionals also disassembled the doors of the fridge and reassembled them up the stairs for clearance moving up the stairs. I am absolutely ecstatic that I was able to get that fridge installed in the same day and the price was very fair! Absolutely 100% recommended these guys.

Pathetic Company. Wasted 3 hrs on an emergency gas leak order. This Robert guy has so attitude that he gets pissed off for asking the schedule time which was a simple responsibility of him to answer.

Got my new oven and needed hardwire done(builder used plug). Called M&R, very professional and courteous. Was able to get quote me an excellent price and got me in the next day working around my schedule. Excellent work and took time to explain what he was doing and also took the time to set up the oven and made sure it functioned correctly.
I will be using Robert and his company M&R for all my work in the future. Very hard to find this kind of quality service now a days!
