I was referred to this store by another plumbing supplier. I was having issues with an old tub valve and they couldn't help me. From the street you'd have no idea that this was a store. But when I walked in I was greeted by Lou. I expected what was happening and he knew exactly what I needed. He helped me rebuild my value and expanded the reasoning for the issues and how it should be installed and why. The customer service I was given was 10/10. I'll be back to this place for another other needed parts or plumbing fixtures.

Went to another large plumbing supply store but they were not able to find the correct part for my faucet repair. The other store did suggest M One as a good place for hard to find parts. Yes, M One is great! The clerk was able to find the correct part and even gave me suggestions as how to complete the repair properly. Don't let the neighborhood or the appearance of the store put you off, this is an awesome place!

After spending two days trying to find what I needed I was directed to come here from another store. I needed a replacement part and the original had no markings. The big name stores had no idea what brand it was and a specific plumbing supply store couldn't figure it out either. Fortunately the guys at the plumbing supply store referred me here. Within 2 minutes and me just showing them a picture of what I needed they had a kit in my hands to do the job I needed to do. Not only that, this was my first time having to do something like this and they walked me through the entire process and gave me some very useful tips. I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this good before in my life! If you need plumbing parts and assistance GO HERE. don't waste your time. They are very knowledgeable. Very friendly and will save you hours of time. Wish I could give 20 stars to this place.

It's hard to find that special part these days. Search engines like Google don't speak ""widget"" or ""thingamajig"" and being able to hand a part over a counter to a smiling expert is just something you can't replace.

M-One has all of the stuff that is inside the things that bring you water. Faucet parts, stems, handles, and parts of all varieties. While the common stuff can be found at the big boxes, M-One has, well, the ""specialties."" They have them in stock and at reasonable prices. Both important when you have the water off and the wife is waiting for the hot water in a shower.

I think my favorite part is these guys don't talk down to you and respect the ""do it yourself"" nature of trying. They will explain how to do it, how to NOT break it, and what to watch out for during the project. All important aspects of a good plumbing job.

This business and the people who staff it are awesome!

I have a triplex in Salt Lake City more than 100 years old, do 100 percent of the maintenance myself. Worried with every plumbing failure, something will be too obsolete to find parts, and I will have to tear something out and do a total replacement. With this business in town, it's never happened - they almost always have what I need in stock, even obscure stuff. Or will order it, fairly quickly, if needed. They haven't failed me once in 20 years. We are damned lucky to have this place in Utah, as I see it.

These days it seems to be all about bullsh*t celebrities, sports, blah, blah, blah. The world gives short shrift to the regular folks who actually make it all go around. I've never done a Yelp review before, but the people who staff businesses like this one deserve to hear that their work makes an impact.

Drove to every plumbing supply store in Salt Lake County but none had the part I needed. Finally found it at M one. Staff knew what I needed immediately after I showed them my old part. Just wish they were open on Saturdays!

90% of the time, when doing most things.. I have no idea what I'm doing. I brought some 1940's pluming down and these guys helped me right out. Knew exactly what I needed, and helped me rebuild the piece they didn't have in stock. Hopefully my pluming stays leak free so I don't have to come back.. But if I do, I'm happy to return!

These guys were super helpful when fixing my outdoor faucet. I brought in the part I'd removed so they could help me get the right replacement parts. Instead Of just selling me a part, they fixed it right there. I didn't have to do anything! They had what I needed and really seem to go the extra mile to help.
