On more than one occasion, we have needed a septic company to come address a problem we were having. M&O came quickly and was able to solve the problem efficiently. Even for a regular service to pump our septic, M&O was easy to schedule and very reliable. Their guys are always great to deal with too!

I do not recommend M & O at all! Be careful!!!! Not sure what happened with this company but customer satisfaction is clearly no longer a priority. Making money by gouging customers is. They sub-contract with Mid-Hudson Pump (never told me). They overpriced the job with no explanation as to why, they just make up numbers and throw it on an invoice. They don't use the correct parts for jobs. The women in the office at M&O is rude and extremely unprofessional.

If I could give no stars I would. These people screwed us. Told us we couldn't put in a leech field because of clay in our yard. But then proceeded to put in a concrete dry well right up against that clay. On top of that, they didn't install rock around the dry well (which we just learned should be done for drainage ) and our concrete dry well that's 7 years old FAILED and needs to be replaced. Never again. STAY AWAY

M and O has been a lifesaver . When our septic collapsed , they were quick to respond. Not only did they squeeze us in on a emergency schedule. The owner called to offer porta pottys. These were not the old crappy boxes , they had running water .

Their work was timely and saved us from many nights in a hotel.
