Thought these guys were going to be my knights in shining armor but they turned out to be very nice ripe off artist. If they had throughly checked my water heater, $125,I would not have spent money on all new faucets, $710 + $352 for parts, $285 to fix a pipe that we later found out didn't have anything to do with getting hot water in the bathroom. They wasted 3 weeks of my life trying to figure it out. Called another company recommended by Bosch, who figured out the problem on the first $80 service call and made it so we could get a little hot water in the shower. M&N has no idea what they were doing.

If you want th*gs to come to your house and basically try to harass you and try to rip you off, then call these guys. These guys came to my house and started telling me all that was wrong with my house sewer pipes (which was utterly false) and then they wanted to charge me $400 for using gutter snake tool plus to cut my pvc pipe and put it back together. I went and bought the snake pipe tool and did it all for less than $40 bucks. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY WILL COME INTO YOUR HOME AND HARASS YOU AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

Mike and Nick at M&N Plumbing were extremely responsive and helpful when the basement in my 4-unit in Peotone, IL flooded on a Sunday night in January. Without even seeing the property, they provided some helpful advice and pricing estimates. Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I ended up not having them complete the work that night, but I will certainly call them in the future. As a landlard, I really appreciate a company that will 1) just answer their phone and 2) hold true to their 24 hour emergency service advertisements.

I will not advise anyone to use this company espically nick I needed a new valve due to gas leak and he came out Tuesday work was horrible he did nothing but half ass it completely. Then lied about coming back to correct the job he gave me the run around and then laughed at me when I said please return half of my money and I can hire someone else.. I had an appointment at noon do you know he never showed up and never even called I had to call him... I will be contacting BBB on this company and filing a claim on getting my money back.. BEWARE EVERYONE HES NOT HONEST AND THEY LOOKING FOR A FAST COME UP NEVER DO BIZ WITH THEM!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS A SERIOUS MATTER GAS IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB CORRECT DONT DO IT AT ALL...

I would NEVER hire them again. Not trustworthy. Our original quote went from $150, to another $50 for a valve, to another $130 by the time the work was completed. Was very disguted and have never dealt with anyone spiking up the prices like they did.
