Thought I had all the pipes taken care of for our freeze, and it had to wait till I went on my 48 hour shift, when I was called to be let know that a pipe must of busted. I, initially tried Plumbers off of Google for my city, everyone was telling me 2-6 days. I was able to speak w/ Michael, the owner, sent some pictures/videos that came out later that day to fix the job. They were kind, courteous and professional. Job was done to standard or better than expected. As for affordable, these small mom/pops have to charge a little more but the price was PERFECT! I'd definitely refer them and use them again in the future.

Asked them to come out to fix the pipe under the bathroom sink that had broken. They additionally changed out the bathtub fixtures as they were leaking. I had no input on the choice of fixtures. This was greater than 500 dollars
They broke off the filter from the bathroom sink, and were disgusted I wanted it replaced.
I showed then the issue with the washer not draining, but pouring washer all over the garage floor.
I knew I needed the house re-plumbed, they gave me a 5,000 dollar quote, which I considered to be fair.
They came back the next week, did the work over a couple of days. They did not inform me that they'd be leaving huge holes in the walls. Nor was the washing machine issue taken care of. That was an additional 700 dollars to put the drain pipe at the correct height. There evidently is a break in the pipe outside, they'd have to come back with a camera you see where the break was. That would be another 700 dollars just to look. No idea what the actual repair would cost.The dishwasher was not reconnected, but shoved back in place - more or less.
The kitchen light no longer works. He offered to send out someone who "used to be an electrician" to see where they messed up the writing. They came out and sort of fixed the cabinet door they broke, reconnected the dishwasher - although it now falls out of the cabinet space it is supposed to be fastened in. Charged an extra 5% for paying with a credit card. (I didn't have 6,000 dollars in cash - fancy that)!
I have gaping holes in my wall, a dishwasher that falls out of the wall, a washing machine that continues to flood the garage every load, and no light in the kitchen. (And No filter on the bathroom sink which doesn't drain).
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The guys over at M & M Plumbing did a great job. I started with what I thought would be a simple kitchen faucet repair, but the old faucet was rusted tight and near impossible to remove. They came over the same day I called them. They removed the faulty faucet and installed my new faucet. They also replaced my hot and cold water hoses. While they were testing the new faucet they noticed my garbage disposal was leaking. They sealed it at no cost. It is very hard to find people who do great work. They stuck to the quoted price, which was very reasonable. I will definitely contact them if I have any more plumbing needs.

Awesome experience. Had a small emergency and I had no water as a result. Called them up and even though it was a weekend they showed up within 10 minutes and had my repair completed in under an hour. The price was right and Kenn was very professional. I have every intention of having them back to do several more plumbing jobs around my home.

To be fair, M&M did a great job but was wayyyyyy overpriced. They came out and changed a toilet wax sealing ring (parts at most $10) . It was a 30 minute job for one guy and they charged me $235,00, I was shocked and disappointed that I hadn't asked for a price estimate before. They had charged me $150 only 4 years earlier which I thought was high at the time. This is my second bad experience with M&M and will never call on them again......be forewarned !!!!!!
