Found this company on yelp and asked them for a plumbing work in my house. There was a sewew pipe that needed to be fixed as it was leaking. These people were truly my savior. They arrived on time at my place and diagnosed the issue, explaining me side by side and fixing it really quick. They told me had I have been late in calling them, my lawn would have been flooded badly. Thank you so much for your help in my emergency. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

I called this place with questions about my plumbing problem. The woman on the phone stayed on the phone with me and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns . Even though the job was a little bigger than they might or could handle she referred me to a place that does bigger plumbing jobs and she was absolutely right about my plumbing problem. Would recommend

We have used this company 4-5 times; first 3 were fine, but the 4th I believe we were overcharged. But, this last time was it for us... Our basement has flooded 3 times, since we always use this company I called them again (as they offer 24 hour emergency service as well). The person they sent over in an emergency capacity took over an hour to get here, said he could not find our home (meanwhile our basement took in 3-4 inches of water!). The person they sent has been here before (in fact it was just a few months ago, when I thought we had been overcharged) but, I let that go at the time, as we had used them a few times in the past, and had no complaints. I told them our sump pump failed... the one THEY installed the last time our basement flooded a couple of years ago, and the water was about 6 inches under the lid of the hole where the sump pump was (so no water was in the basement yet, but the alarm had gone off, and the pump was not working).... So, this guy finally gets here (while our basement is filling with water), and he shows up WITHOUT A SUMP PUMP! This guy taps on a couple of the pipes after he figures out how to take the lid off (i showed him), looks at it bewildered for a few minutes while water is pumping in and I am busy bailing it into trash cans. He finally says I don't have a sump pump on my truck...what? Why come without one when the homeowner has told you it was NOT WORKING???

After I had bailed my 8th trash can full of water I called the number I had for the company, and had to leave a message telling them this guy HAD been here before, and he came WITHOUT A SUMP PUMP!

This is where the REAL UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR BEGAN.... a few minutes later while I was sitting there stunned, and exhausted... the owner of the company Mike Meredic calls me and YELLS at me YES he YELLED at me (the customer), saying how he did not appreciate me calling and leaving the voice mail I left on his wifes phone... (only number I had on me at the time). I told him that guy knew where we lived, because he had been here before, and he came without a sump pump! And the one that broke down was one THEY had installed! Then he really lost it... and I was so upset I don't even remember all that Mike said, all I can recall at this time are these fragments of his rant ""there are literally thousands, and how dare I..."" My heart rate was about 200 at this point (and I have a heart condition, so maybe you need to take in the big picture) before YOU YELL AT A CUSTOMER! I told Mike Meredic that this was not a good way to run a business, then he started in again... so, after a moment I calmly said ""I don't want your man to come back"", and hung up. I am still so upset about this... here I am bailing water that should never have been there if your products and services worked, and if your employees didn't make excuses, and I have to listen to YOU YELL AT ME, how dare ME, how DARE you???

My husband calls this Mike Meredic back and asks him why he screamed at me (well Mike didn't scream at me, but he DID YELL). He told my husband, he would never talk to a woman that way, and that he would not be in business without his customers, and he was in a Catholic school, so how could he scream at me... ya know I don't know how you justify your behavior, or where you were at the time Mike, but you DID YELL, and you were very CONDESCENDING AND UNPROFESSIONAL, and needless to say I will NEVER use your company again!

This experience has been so beyond the realm of decency that I don't know how I will ever be able to forget it. I hope your rant was worth it...
