They were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Came in and got our rusty faucet out and placed our new one in within 30 mins. Water flowed out nicer than usual and no more leaking. Happy customer.

First impressions are so important in a service business like plumbing. Shell of M&M Plumbing answered his own phone, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the job in such a way that I already felt comfortable working with him; no pressure or mystery. I could go on about the voice mails I left for OTHER plumbers, their inability to understand what I needed, or their high prices and/or busy schedules, but if you are reading this you already know that. Just go with Shell, and relax.
UPDATE: Shell just left my house, having solved my problem in under 10 minutes. The Amazing Shell ! He will return soon to fix another problem, but as far as I'm concerned, I will never have to look for another plumber.

Called this guy to fix a sprinkler valve that had busted and he came and glued it. Next day I noticed it was leaking and I called him to come check it out. He wanted to charge me $70 in labor and 30 in parts to fix a problem he didn't catch. I called what I thought was a professional plumber to make sure my valve was 100% and not just to glue a piece of pipe which took 10 min to do and charged me 105 to do. That I could have done myself. When I told him that he replied, ""why don't you glue a new valve yourself"". On top of that he suggested I leave the valve open half way so it wouldn't leak as much, what kind of plumber leaves a job not done all the way. That's when I told him to leave. Would not recommend this guy at all.

Very dependable. I use him every time I need plumbing issues repaired or upgraded. His pricing is reasonable. You can count on him showing up on time. If he is going to be late, he gives you a call or message. Not like other service providers who leave you waiting for hours or just don't show up. Thank you Shell.

Shelly has always done right by me, we had a root problem in the main, our home warranty company would send out there plumber and never fixed the problem, I made 1 call to M&M and he snaked out my main drain line and got rid of the roots. It's been 2 years now and still no problems. Thank you Shell.
