If you like overpriced plumbers then M&M is the company for you. Beware, there is a 2 hour minimum for any service call plus an outrageous $150 fee for any equipment they use. $600 + to snake a toilet. You will get a ""RATE INFORMATION & ACCEPTANCE FORM"" before the service call, don't sign it and find a different plumber. It's their way of getting you on the hook before they send the bill.

I had a nightmare emergency leak in the middle of the night, my entire apartment was flooding. Unable to get in touch with my building management, I scrambled looking for a plumber. I spoke to Manoli, the plumber that ended up coming to my apartment. He and his team showed up much quicker than I expected for it being the wee hours of the night. When they showed up was courteous and nice, super respectful, and wore their masks (properly, I might add!). I had to call the following day because I had some questions and Maxine in the office was kind and very pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend them, they made such an unpleasant experience much easier to deal with!

Max was recommended by industry leading home burner company, Energy Kenetics, as best burner installer in our county of Nassau New York.
Max came on time, gave the best price, and good honest advice.
Installation team had obviously done many of these E/K retro installations.
Replacement of original copper plumbing was a thing of beauty!! Max is very patient with all my questions and he has every needed replacement part on hand if necessary.

Beware! I received an outrageous bill for parts and service and when I called for backup they refused to provide any backup or make any adjustment. I asked to speak with the owner and was refused. I disputed a portion of the charge through my credit card company and the dispute resolved in my favor. Then M&M sent my disputed balance to a collection agency.

Had a shower clog. When my apartment building team could not fix, it was suggested I call M+M. Now I know why. Calm and efficient on the phone to make an appointment. Lucky for me, same day service. The workers arrived BEFORE the scheduled appointment time (another lucky moment). The clog was VERY stubborn. The two men worked hard with a number of different tools/snakes to ultimately, an hour later, announce that the clog was cleared. While nervous for 24 hours anticipating the worst possible scenarios, M+M's team were professional, efficient, helpful and calming. [One star down. The pricing is high. They have a two hour minimum.]

Was having problem with the water service line which was actually an old galvanized pipe that got rusted and even was leaking from some parts. Called them and James came to my house on time- very punctual! He checked the pipe and explained me about the pipe being too old. So he advised me to get it replaced with a new, modern one that'll save money and time. Very gentle and polite. He completed the work in much lesser time. I just adore this company and its services. Price charge was totally reliable. Will definitely recommend!

M&M Plumbing came today to fix a leaking sink faucet. They assessed the problem, got the needed washers and fixed what other plumbers told me would need a whole new set of spout and knobs--very costly to buy and install. They are professional, knowledgeable and brought the job in at half what others plumbers estimated the cost.
