We moved in from another state, and the house had plumbing issues. Our Realtor, Laura Kenney got M&L Plumbing into the house, where they replaced a worn out water heater, and a water spigot for the washing machine. They did a fantastic job!!!! They kept us in the loop continuously. They checked all the other plumbing, and we were able to move in, with hot water available!! In the future, I will use them, for all my plumbing issues!!!

Terrible experience being from out of town they really stuck it to me on a contract. Job No ones fault but my own that i didn't get second opinion on simple pvc waterline that they did and selected the cheapest parts known to man. The valves were one step below dollar tree quality and everyone that saw the job I showed it to started laughing everyone could not believe that reputable plumber would use such cheap parts to show my stupidity I ised them to fix atoilet flange for 325 dollars when will I learn to quit fooling around these folks in Crawfordville

Overall good experience with a few small hiccups. Was quoted $104 an hour for a hot water heater pan and drainage system. Workers were 35 min later than appointment time, not a big deal. One worker was taken to Tallahassee about an hour into the service to pick up a truck or something...not the most professional move but whatever. Workers very very nice and no complaints about the work. Bill came and I was charged $132 an hour. I called the next day and explained. The woman told me that because I had two guys that was why the larger hourly charge. I told her if I was given that information beforehand that would have been nice. She talked to her manager who said that she did tell me(she did not) but gave me the original rate anyway. So it was resolved and I am happy with the service, but I did need to advocate for myself.

We were renting a house on Cape San Blas and ran into a clogged mainline pipe. Our rental service had promised to get someone out the next day and we were okay with that until the toilet water began backing up into the bathtubs and showers. So the only place they could get to come out late at night was M&L. Adam was terrific. He determined the problem immediately and took care of it in a timely fashion. Then, HE CLEANED OUR SHOWERS AND TUBS!!! Just completely above and beyond service that was much appreciated. This was the sort of thing that could ruin an entire vacation and Adam made it all disappear in about an hour. Now, it's important to point out, we didn't call M&L, nor did we pay for their service. We were vacation renters in a jam. I cannot speak to their affordability. But believe me when I tell you that the representative that came out was courteous, empathetic and completely professional. And most importantly, our situation was resolved quickly.

Sprung leak in water line to my house today (Saturday!) at 6:00pm. Called another plumber & left message. Waited a bit & called M&L Plumbing at 6:20pm and on-call guy actually answered the phone! I told him about the problem and he told me he was about an hour away but would head over. Chris got here about 7:05pm and had the line repaired in less than an hour! He saved the day because I have out of town guests arriving tomorrow at noon, and sure didn't want to tell them they'd need to get a hotel room because I didn't have running water in the house.

I called about re plumbing our entire home to remove the grey pipe because our insurance required it to be done. One of the owners showed up and priced it @ $2,775. for two people for two days. He explained that his workers run """"$150 and hour for both and that the supplies didn't cost that much"""". Three men showed up a couple of weeks later and worked 7 hours, leaving the house a mess. When I went to check their work, they had not replaced all the grey pipe, had left an outside facet such that the door to the crawl space wouldn't close and they had cut two structural wooden support (2x4s) without asking me before or telling me after and screwed a piece of wood over it which concealed the damage. I called to complain that the work wasn't completed, there was damage to my home and they finished in one day. The owner stated that there was no price difference because he'd sent and additional """"extra skilled worker"""". Say what? A few days later he sent Mark (not the owner) and a helper out that finished what the first crew had messed up. They worked 2.5 hours. they shored up the structural damage but did not replace it. I'd repaired the outside facet myself to close the door and keep the wildlife out from under my house. The owner's responses and business principles were not as good as his first crew. No acknowledgement of M&Ls short comings, no apology, no discount for messing the job up in one day instead of two. I guess the replaced plumbing pipes will be ok, only time will tell that answer. M&L's owner's professionalism was lacking in my opinion and their workmanship...well. His answer today we """"do what you gotta do, I have a lawyer too"""". I'd much rather leave good reviews, especially for local businesses but It's clear that I would not recommend them unless you want the same experience I've had.

M n L Owners first sent Jonathan G Smith. After evaluating and documenting our requests JGS gave us a price and time frame ('10 hr job') and promised to be back to complete the work in five days. Six weeks later, after multiple cancellations, another crew showed up to start the work. They left after 3 hours on location. The owner requested/ wanted a $50/hr price increase. Nine weeks after the initial evaluation, we have had no contact or return calls and a full-on mess with unfilled ditches, open pump holes, hoses and lines exposed outside along the house. All contact numbers were turned off, changed or perhaps we were just blocked. We had contracted with a temporary housing agency to place a homeless family with a 98 year-old grandmother. Our loss is also their loss. You decide if this company is who you want to deal with.

I have had to rely on M&L Plumbing for two plumbing repairs within the last four months. One for an upstairs bathroom leak, and most recently (today 12/09/2015) for a leak between the meter and my home. M&L plumbing responded quickly and professionally. Originally, they were not going to be able to see me until the following day; but, when I asked if they could fit me in if someone cancels, they said they would. True to their word, they had a cancellation and came out and fixed my plumbing issue. My mind is now at peace. I recommend M&L Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. Friendly staff and reliable service. Thank you M&L Plumbing, your efforts really saved me a lot of money on my next month's water bill.
