Matt was absolutely fantastic dealing with plug drain lines in the house.
He called back quickly, and fit us into his busy schedule.
We have an old house and he explained what he was doing as he worked up the problem.
I would use Matt again without hesitation.

Although Matt seems to have more than enough work, he seems to me to be honest, thorough, respectful, calm. I am a single elder woman and he did not try to rip me off!
His phone communications with me were great. From the moment he arrived he helped me understand what is going on here. Additionally, he helped me to connect the correct person-people needed to get the job completed. I was comfortable having him here and am glad our paths have crossed. He did more than I thought he would do. I am happy to have met this man person and will call him again should I again have plumbing problems. For me the 'comfort' factor is big... as is trust. PEACE!!!

I would have had work done by them if they would have called me back! I had a full on conversation with the guy and he said that he could come and replace our water heater this weekend and that was on Friday. He told us to call him back if we wanted to go with him and he would be available to us this weekend and would call us back. So I called to let him know we wanted to go with him - twice! No response at all and the weekend is almost over now. I hope nothing happened to him but if he just didn't want to do the job it would have been a lot more professional for him to call me and let me know. I did leave in my message that I needed to make sure (for insurance reasons) that he was licensed, bonded, and carried liability and workers comp insurance. Maybe he doesn't have that stuff and that's why he didn't call back? I would verify if you choose to go with him.

Matt from Clark Plumbing was out at my place to give us a bid on our water heater in an hour of us talking with him. He gave us a STELLAR price too! Better then the guy from M L plumbing by a $100 (and just the cheapest in general anyway. I got bids from $1200 to $1500 to replace our 46 year old water heater and Clark is cheaper then that). Once Matt finishes the job I will give a review for CP for all to check out here on yelp. If anything, at least Matt called us back and even apologized for not getting back to us when we said he would. M L plumbing couldn't even call to say he didn't want the job ( if that was the case). 1 star for professionalism or lack there of.

OK, I am not prone to yelping outside the food industry, but this was exceptional service. I had a drain block so when the washer drained, it came out over the kitchen sink. Matt, from M L Plumbing came out, and it appeared to be just a easy snake out through the clean out. After and hour, and running a 75 foot snake all the way in, same problem. Matt leaves and returns with a 100 foot snake borrowed from a friendly competitor. After running that to the end, still no luck. Matt leaves again, comes back with a sewer cam, on a 150 foot cable, and locates the problem, or problems. House was built in the 30s, and the plumbing was just filled with gunk that would move for the snake, but remained attached to the pipes. Very weird. Anyway, Matt then went and got some kind of water blaster on a trailer. Finally got the problem solved, it took 3.5 hours, and Matt stayed with the original estimate of $150.00. I tipped him $50, and still felt like I got a deal....High Marks for M L Plumbing
