I hired Matthew Haulotte owner of MJ Plumbing to replace a leaking hose bib. While doing so he admittedly cut through electrical wires. I now have multiple outlets that are not working and he is refusing to repair the damages he caused. As a reasonable solution I requested half of the payment I sent him back so that I could hire an electrician to repair the damages he caused and he refused. If you are looking for a reliable plumber that takes responsibility for their actions look elsewhere!

We had a water softener replaced in an existing home. One connection leaked from improper sweated connection which Matt fixed. Leaks continued and he has not returned our calls.
