I needed a new faucet installed for my kitchen sink, so I went on-line and looked for plumbers in my area. I noticed MJ Plumbing had really good reviews and gave them a call. The person I talked to told me no problem we will be out on Friday around 8-9am. Well, here it is Friday around 5:15pm and they havent showed up (not even a phone call). I wasted a entire day waiting for someone to show, and eventually had to call someone else. Very unreliable!

We had MJ Henry replace an outside faucet with a freezeproof faucet. The first time we turned it on, the weld broke, our front room was flooded. We called and asked them to return and fix it. It's been 2 months of promises and they just don't show up. This is a poor way to stand by your work and your word.

Bathroom renovation (big project, moved plumbing all over the place), new sink in garage, snaking clogged drains, new main sewage line in basement, fixed baseboard heat etc. All great work and fair pricing. Always lower priced than the big corporate plumbing companies and with better work.

MJ Henry Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable, on time, does the job right, and is there when you need them. When our hot water heater went during a winter night, Michael was in our driveway the next morning with a brand new one ready for installation. He installed the new one and removed and disposed of the old one in no time. We wound up with a higher quality water heater at a better price than any number of other competitors provided thanks to a rebate he knew about that the others didn't. We have hired MJ Henry for many other jobs since and highly recommend Michael and his company to anyone in need of his services.
