First and foremost the work is done well, it's done on time, on budget and I have every confidence that I'm getting the skill and expertise I'm paying for. Both father and son know the business and the products better than I ever hope to. I appreciate the perspective on value and durability of fixtures, there have been times I've opted to exchange items and purchase a higher quality based off their recommendations and times I've opted to stay with what I have. In both scenarios I'm confident that I've made an informed decision, not good or bad just informed.

The customer service is horrendous! I dealt with Mike. He really should take some lessons on how to be a decent human being. I had called Sunday and left a message (as I was going through a warranty company). He called back on Monday to say he could come that day. Unfortunately, my mother has passed away and her funeral was that day. When I told him why I couldn't do that day but could schedule another day, he sounded very put out that I couldn't meet HIS schedule. So sorry that my burying my MOTHER interrupted YOUR day! He comes out on Wednesday morning. He looks at the system and says they don't work on that type (ok understandable). I had also forgotten he had asked me to send him a picture of the system on Monday. Yes, I forgot...but I had a few things on my mind. So he was down right pissy when he told me he couldn't fix the system. He was rude and condescending. If he had not been so rude, while upset that I couldn't get my system fixed then, it still would have been understandable. He was just so amazingly rude, it is incomprehensible to me. So I can't really give testimony to their actual technical ability, but their customer service is atrocious!!!

While they do good work, I will no longer use them. I have used them a quite a few times and the father is very pleasant, but the son is not. I appreciate the good work, but I do not appreciate being told the items I have purchased are not of good quality, (it was not put to me in such nice terms). I am not a plumbing expert, I purchase what I like and what I think will work best for me. I have hired you to do a job and do not want your unpleasant and nasty opinion, it was insulting and took the joy out of all the work that was done.
I feel bad saying this, but it was really an unpleasant experience.

I've used Mike a few times on work on both an emergency and a longer-term project. I can say that Mike comes out and does a great job diagnosing the project and gives you a cost estimate which is pretty accurate. It is plumbing and things can happen but so far I have found him very accurate and when he fixes a problem it stays fixed and when he does work it doesn't need to be fixed later on. Call him for sure!

Great service. I had a leak on my kitchen faucet. I called mj eisenhauer plumbing and the office gave me an appointment that was good for me. They came out and went over all my options and pricing before doing any work. Very clean and professional. Loved the shoe covers. I will defiantly use and recommend them in the future.
